Fantastic experience: Definitely my fave gym in The Hamptons! Classes are awesome and regardless of your fitness level, you will have a blast! Full body workout and great atmosphere! Winter rates are the lowest in the area and so worth it! Give this place a try! It's no wonder this is the preferred training spot for the Victoria's Secret angels (at their NYC location).

Fantastic experience: This place is really special! From the trainers, to the classes, to the over all vibe this place is does it better than anyone Ive seen. I came in knowing no boxing at all and feel like now at the end of the summer can hold my own .. thanks Bedstuy Mike!
