Fantastic experience: Great workout. We found this while staying in East Hampton for the weekend and were glad we did. Linda pushes you with a lot of variety and different movements. As a 1st timer, she explained the proper form, and her energy and personality makes it fun even though we were working up a sweat. We don't get out that way much, but will return the next time we're back.

Fantastic experience: Silich Core & Strength is a gem! The studio offer a variety of different classes and have some of the best instructors on the East end. Linda, the owner creates a welcoming and supportive environment. She is extremely knowledgable having spend years in the fitness industry. Due to an injury, I often have to modify my workouts and she is always offering suggestions. Linda's motivational coaching style helps you see results!
