Fantastic experience: Just had my first professional massage and I don’t know what took me so long! I have spine and back pain and have had spine surgery and need more but the relief I got from my massage with Missy was fantastic! She really is helpful in getting to pain spots in muscles you didn’t even know were there! Ten minutes in and I was already ready to book my second appointment! She is very knowledgeable and professional and explains everything to help you understand. Not healed yet but feeling so much better than I did before I saw Missy! Thanks!!!

Fantastic experience: Missy was amazing!! Im a 27 year old male who is a beginner concerning Yoga. I attended the morning Yoga class and was warmly welcomed. Customer Service is her forte as she related to the Experts in the class and the beginners without making me feel awkward. Easy to follow, really clean / sanitary studio and interactive(she actively cares about each one of her attendees) Defo recommend for anyone!!!

Fantastic experience: So many options and great classes for all yoga levels. So many time options for busy schedules. Instructors give options for all poses just in case you are not as flexible that day. Also, get a massage here at least once ... you will be hooked.

Fantastic experience: Just had a massage with Melissa at Rapha Holistic Wellness and it was wonderful! As a former massage Therapist myself I am Very particular about my massages and Melissa did not disappoint! The ambience is soft and soothing and I felt completely comfortable! Her pressure was perfect and she just has such an amazing personality, it feels like you’ve known her your whole life! The yoga studio is also very warm and inviting, a fantastic option for the Hampstead area! It’s so wonderful to have the opportunity to do yoga in a studio setting rather than a gym and Rapha delivers all the goods for a holistic approach to health and wellness! Highly recommended
