Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been to (period).

Fantastic experience: By far the best in town. Only thing I wish they’d do different is extended hours on the weekends.

Fantastic experience: Super clean facility. I love the saltwater lap pool. Lots of equipment and classes. Having a sauna and steam room is a bonus. And the front desk staff (especially Jacob) always make me feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym in the local area. I've tried 2 other gyms and Valley Health is CLEAN!!!! The locker room floors are NOT covered in hair like the other gyms. People actually wipe down machines, they have 2 heated pools. The staff is really nice. The locker rooms have everything you need too. Seriously like built in locks on lockers, all shower products, towels, they even have razors and mouthwash. My only complaint if I had to look for one is the time it takes to get an assessment with a trainer to go through the equipment. I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment so I haven't used most of the equipment till someone shows me how to properly use it. For safety to me that should be done week 1. Other than that, it's a nice gym. Oh and no commitment and sales pitches like One Life and Planet Fitness.

Fantastic experience: This is the Chick-fil-A of fitness. Members, staff, everyone is incredibly nice. The amenities are beyond other gyms. This gym is a gem!

Fantastic experience: It was easy to sign up and I started the aqua classes there, if you want a great workout take Sue's classes, she is awesome. The water is warm as the classes are held in the therapy pool but they also have a lap pool. There are a lot of classes and equipment there to use, the center is always very clean.

Positive experience: I love this gym! Pool, sauna, steam room,showers ( toiletries provided)LOTS of equipment to pick of. This place is very clean and neat. The only thing I don't like it's that they have been running out of Q- tips for quite a few weeks now. Other than that no issues!

Fantastic experience: I use Valley Health Wellness and Fitness Center for Occupational Therapy and have nothing but praise for the therapists and treatment offered. They offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage and general fitness. Very talented and experienced therapists and staff. So awesome to have such a resource in Front Royal!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. The locker rooms have digital locks on every locker, a steam room and sauna. They have a lap pool and a therapy pool. They have a TRX roomand an aerobic room that facilitates all kinds of classes. The track upstairs looks out over the gym, which contains a synergy station and state of the art cardio equipment and weight machines that make no noise! They function so smoothly - so nice. The membership is diverse in age and the facilities are never crowded. I can get in and out as quickly as I need to. A great staff that is so helpful and kind. Worth every dollar as far as I'm concerned.

Fantastic experience: The most well oiled machine for processes. A flexible facility with Knowledgeable staff with comprehensive class schedules and other relevant information. I feel confident and secure placing my health and safety in their hands. I look forward to this next evolution of my life!

Fantastic experience: Love coming here. Friendly, relaxed and great equipment at an affordable price. Oh, they also have a 200 meter track upstairs where you can run, walk or whatever. Pool is big and they also have pools for those doing PT.

Fantastic experience: Fitness center is great from what I remember. Currently going here for PT after a knee surgery. First day with Chris was better than I expected compared to my experiences with other PT's. He seems to know what he's talking about and seemed like he actually enjoyed helping.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Valley Health completes a very detailed assessment. In addition to my weight, BMI, and other metrics, they showed me that I needed to drink more water. I have been exercising and running long distance for thirty years. I still learned new ways to improve my health. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean. I never feel pressured or stressed. There are loads of equipment; and I rarely have to wait to use one of the machines. The heated therapy pool with the jets is the best.

Fantastic experience: Great people. Very helpful and the therapist are excellent! They are very caring and truly want to help and see you do better.

Fantastic experience: Great, clean location. In my experience, this facility has never been jam packed so you have space to get a good workout. Very quiet and easy to focus on yourself. I have not personally used their personal trainers but I have witnessed others in a session and they always seem to be enjoying themselves. They also offer full service locker rooms which is a huge plus.

Fantastic experience: I visit Winchester at least a few times a year and I always pick up a pass to Valley Health. The facility is clean and organized well, the cardio equipment is diverse, and the showers are clean. I do wish there were more free weights available, and the one squat rack (as of May) can make planning a "big three" workout difficult, but I do recognize that VH isn't focused on moving heavy weight. I'd also like to see more space for body weight exercises, but that's a function of space availability. For those expecting to come in to lift heavy daily, this is probably not the gym for you. For those looking to get / stay fit in general, there's plenty here to work with.

Fantastic experience: I went for PT only. Tom is an amazing physical therapist. I highly recommend him specifically but the entire team is great! Appointments always run on time.

Fantastic experience: Our son did swim classes here and he enjoyed it the instructors are really nice and patient with the kids. The family changing area could be a little bigger but besides that its a great facility and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: What dont they have?! heated indoor pool, sauna, massage, indoor track, free weights, cardio, strength conditioning, even physical rehab. clean, new building and a very knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: There is no fitness and wellness center like this place anywhere - especially for the cost. We just moved to the big city of Madison, Wisconsin and they have nothing like VH here. Definitely will miss it and the kind people who worked at the front desk.
