Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Cross Fit gym for almost 1 year with Jason Wheeler and my strength and overall fitness level has risen tremendously! The workouts are tailored and designed by Jason to increase your performance goals and he is able to assist each individual athlete to meet her / his specific goals. His knowledge about training is fantastic, always prioritizing form and safety, and pushing yourself to a level of your own individual intensity. The community there is awesome! I have made new friends there and we encourage each other. 5 stars!!
