Fantastic experience: We have done several of the 21 day challenges and have started the switch to regular CrossFit class and love it. We are nervous everyday we walk in and feel like we accomplished so much when we leave. Great coaches and athletes that encourage you every step.

They have challenges all the time to get you to your goals and keep things fun and interesting. I'm so thankful they opened this gym.

I enjoy working out at a place that pushs you to your limit. when you don't believe you can do it they are always there to remind and encourage you that you have what it takes to be an Athlete :)

Fantastic experience: I've been working out and lifting since 2006 and have never improved so much so fast as I have since I started attending crossfit Guymon. Great coaches and a very friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere. I highly recommend this gym.
