Fantastic experience: I am so happy with this gym. They have something for all fitness levels, are non judgemental, and have a great camaraderie. The gym is always clean and organized and the instructors provide an individualized experience.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a couple weeks while we were in the area - great community and a number of other early morning regulars I got the privilege to get to know! If you're in the area just visiting or looking for a new "home" gym - I would recommend this spot 100%. Great workouts and even stronger community!

Positive experience: Great place to work out, but I can't believe parents are bringing there kids in the gym when covid-19 is still spreading everywhere and could get them sick, they shouldn't allow kids to enter for there safety

Positive experience: Nice people and facilities, we just dropped in. The beginners coach was not very good. So as long as you don't need pointers from her and you know how to be safe it's fine.

Fantastic experience: Amazing box- Dropped in while on vacation and left impressed. Mobility stations with crossover symmetry, TRX, and mobility balls. Great open space with ample equipment- very clean & organized. People moved really well- and were welcoming & friendly. The workouts were programmed thoughtfully and challenging with care and attention to scaling for athletes of all abilities- great experience- thankful to have a place to workout while on vacay

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for two days. What a nice box! Extremely organized, clean, lots of equipment to use and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. If you go to Pensacola that's the crossfit box to go to.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL BOX!! I did a drop in while on vacation. This was the third box I did a drop in with and it was BY FAR the best one I visited. Not only the facility but the staff as well!! It was, however, the most expensive. ( I did a drop in and tank = $35.00) I'm in that awkward stage of not a beginner but still new to the terminology/some movements. The trainer was AMAZING he really didn't mind going over what the WOD was for the day, I was definitely the "beginner" compared to the rest of the folks but they welcomed me with open arms!! I would recommend Gulf Breez 100% if you are ANYWHERE close to Gulf Breez I would make this your box!!!
