Fantastic experience: Gyms are great, aside from the cost of personal training and the fact children aren’t welcome to exercise. At Power Kids Fitness, Lisa and Paul Salas have transformed the meaning of Fitness by creating an open space for all ages to do anything from Cardio, weight lifting, Zumba, Jujitsu, Aerial Arts (circus training) Yoga, Baby Movement class and Ninja Warrior class! It’s SUPER cool and unique. Memberships are so affordable! If I have ever made a good decision in my lifestyle changes..... This is the one I am most confident in and proud of. Check it out and be sure to mention how you heard about them!
Fantastic experience: Best family gym EVER. Rock wall, Ninja Warrior, Brazilian Jujitsu, parent personal training, flexible schedule and the variety. The variety of classes is amazing!
