Fantastic experience: The owners are awesome people! Always willing to help

Fantastic experience: The gym is older, but the people are friendly. It has a mix of older and some newer equipment, but regardless they have all the equipment you will need for a complete workout, plus a racquetball court. As I said, it is older so it is not without it's maintenance issues but I'm not planning on moving in I just want to work out and for that you can't beat the deal. At only $16/month and open 24/7 it's hard to beat.

Fantastic experience: This is a real gym that has plenty of equipment, just had my first session today, but the staff is overly friendly and helpful. Despite the parking lot being a little rough the inside of this gym is true to the core. Legitimate equipment. An amazing environment, not restricted like alot of the Anytime Fitness and Planet Fitnesses in the area. The gym features free weights. Powerlifting equipment such as monolifts, powerlifting bench press racks, deadlift pads, free weight section, machine sections, cardio equipment, in store supplements, locker rooms and much much more. I can't stress how good this gym is, it has everything for anyone looking to make a positive change in their life. It's very affordable and I couldn't be happier finding this gem in the heart of shreveport. I don't usually leave reviews but had to stop to do so, this gym is truly what a gym should be. Take your buisness here with these people!

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility and people. New owners have spent money constantly to fix the building, AC, and equipment. Yes sometimes the dumbbells may not be in the correct order, but that's from members racking them in the wrong location. You can't expect the gym employee to follow you and rack your weights for you. Great place if you want to get bigger and stronger , or if you just simply need to lose some pounds.
