Fantastic experience: My kids play volleyball here on Saturdays we go to watch it's a very nice place

Fantastic experience: I love this place. They are open VERY early to 9pm with slightly earlier closing hours on weekends. They have a wonderful selection of machines and classes. I go everyday during the week and ride 10 miles on a stationary bike, plug into cable TV and get rid of my junk mail.

Fantastic experience: Best deal around. If you want to work out more than socialize, this is a reasonably priced gym. Classes are awesome because the instructors are. Hats off to Amanda, Penny, Terri and Monica! I have worked out here for many years now and I enjoy being there.

Fantastic experience: Caught a few of my cousin's kids' basketball games over the weekend. I'm not from the area so it was nice that this venue is easily noticed from the immediately surrounding traffic routes. The large facility houses many basketball courts of varying sizes and I'm sure I noticed stantion drop-ins on the courts so volleyball can be enjoyed as well. Clean restrooms, a surprisingly large cornucopia of snacks, and drinks options are available for purchase. Additionally, not only a fitness room, but the establishment features a massive second floor walkway of unknown length to facilitate the burning of the calories that accompanied the chocolate bars, and sodas. Now if I can just get that coach to actually step up and coach; silence is the weapon of an intrepid, confident coach, and the reluctant, rookie coach that's wishing he or she hadn't volunteered for the responsibility of coaching youths, but I digress. Enjoy!

Fantastic experience: This is a very nice, clean facility. There are also showers, lockers, and good sized restrooms. They have excellent prices for an annual family membership. It seems everyone is very respectful in cleaning the equipment after use. They have a walking/running track, basketball courts, cardio equipment, weights, etc. It is fun for the whole family!

Fantastic experience: Great staff and facility. Reasonable prices with lots to offer. Only complaint is that they keep the heat too high in the weight room/track, although this does not affect my rating at all.

Fantastic experience: Great Senior classes in morings ad carious group classes all days and evenings. Personal training available, walking/running track above gym, small weight room, and child care available. Christian based but you don't have to belong to church.
