CrossFit^® Greenwood

Fantastic experience: In August 2014 I joined CrossFit Greenwood as a founding member. I was ecstatic, but terrified about this new journey. In reflection, it was a decision that has changed me exponentially. I have gained confidence, great friends and inevitably, a few muscles! The community and atmosphere at CFG are unbelievable. Owner and Coach Justin Smith will help you reach fitness milestones that you never thought were possible. He and the other coaches have the knowledge and experience to help keep you injury free while coaching you through the challenging workouts.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Greenwood is my second home and Coach Justin Smith is one of my greatest friends. In such a short amount of time (7 months) he has shown me just how much I am truly capable of. He is there every day, rain or shine, tired or not, and will work right along side you giving you confidence to spare! This gym drives me to be better each day so that I can serve my family better each day. Anyone (in shape or not) can step inside, decide to give everything they have, and come out a winner. We are all equal when it comes to finding that grit inside to succeed. You just have to choose to find it! Thank you CFG for making me better!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a few workouts while in town visiting. Super nice coaches, good programming, great facilities. Folks were pretty friendly and I felt comfortable as a guest here.

Fantastic experience: I have found a new love. I am 57 and was lost for many years until my son Seth introduced me to Crossfit Greenwood. I have been a member now for 8 months. Crossfit is different than the traditional gym. The membership is higher than the traditional gym but I look at it as a investment in me. Crossfit Greenwood is like family. The members are friendly and encouraging. The coaches/trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. I am glad my son was persistent in asking me to join. It has changed my life.

Fantastic experience: Justin and his gang are super friendly and welcoming! Whenever we are visiting the Abbeville area, we drop in for a WOD. It's always a great workout in a great environment.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough good things about this "box." Justin (the owner) has created a very supportive environment-- such an awesome gym family. Athletes of all different levels here! Workouts are challenging but scaled according to ability.
