Fantastic experience: I'm a travel nurse and I've seen so many hospitals. This one stands tall amongst equal with all the ultra modern equipments and facility. It's so beautiful at the cancer center. The rooms tastefully furnished with luxury in mind. The staff do a wonderful John keeping it clean too. I hate that you can easily get lost here with those confusing and misleading signs they have up.

Fantastic experience: Everything has been updated within the past year or two. The pool area is nice. There is lanes to swim and a about 1/3 of the pool is dedicated to recreation when not in use by water aerobics. There is a smaller therapy pool that is usually 90 degrees and a hot tub/spa that is around 102 degrees. The locker rooms offer private shower stalls and ample storage lockers, even for busy times. Since I've only been in the Male locker room and the family locker room I can only assume that the female locker room is similar.

Fantastic experience: Re-Joined VWC about 6 weeks ago. Very impressed with all aspects. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Ask for Armondo. True, you can join other gyms for a lower monthly cost, but you will not get near the service you do at VWC. Most evenings are not very crowded. I never have a problem getting a lane in the pool, and I love the sauna. Spacious locker rooms and hot showers to get you on your way after your workout. Track out back is partially lit, but it is a well groomed and flat. I run it at night quite often. Lots of cardio and strength equipment. Members can be set up on a personalized strength circuit to meet fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always polite and professional on all levels. Many forget about the Nutritional Services Clinic, personal trainers and the staff masseuse. Make sure to take full advantage of a personal training for all newbies.

Fantastic experience: I love my gym! It's the best in town. Expensive, but you are paying for the best best facility, service, and staff. This gym has everything you could think of...a healthy cafe, nutritionists, massage therapy, pool, heated pool, hot tub, saunas, stream rooms... The personal trainers who man the gym desk will help you with anything too! I go up frequently to ask for advice or help with equipment. There are so many different classes you can take: yoga, boxing, Zumba... The list goes on. They have family locker rooms, as well as gendered locker rooms with huge locker doors.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean facility and all kinds of equipment and classes. There is a therapy pool in addition to the main pool, plus a whirlpool & sauna. The pools are salt water, easy on hair & skin. If any type of equipment or class is missing I haven't discovered it yet.
