Fantastic experience: what a great place- very friendly staff.. 24/7 with a very busy life this place fits me great. well maintained/ clean a+... I have met the owners at the gym.. nice to see some local people own this gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! Cory is super nice and helpful as well as the newly hired Josh. The communication is optimal and the employees are motivating. I'm a 305 lb man and I don't like working out but yet I want to go back because of the positive vibes and great people. The offer a free consultation too and she was super nice also.The equipment is always clean and the advice is priceless. I didn't know anything about the machines but after talking with the employees for a few days I know them all. Would recommend to everyone! And they are open 24/7! I'd give 10 stars of I could.

Fantastic experience: I have only been a member for a couple of weeks but I love this place. The employees are all so amazing and nice. The trainers are fantastic. I have never felt that I was being judged here at all, only encouraged and motivated!

Fantastic experience: Really nice alternative to Planet Fitness. I believe this seems like a better option as the staff seems to care about their clients health, needs and wants for them to better themselves.

Fantastic experience: I love that this gym is open 24/7. The security measures are good. I like that there isn't music blasting all the time. I like the kiosk in the exercise room and the variety of videos that it offers.
