Fantastic experience: This is the best full body workout you can get in less than 45 minutes. There is also a fun element in class with the music pumping and friends sweating right along with you. The machines are spaced out and cleaned thoroughly after each use. Highest recommendations.

Fantastic experience: I had never using an erg before, nor had any idea indoor rowing would be so great, until I tried it. I went in for a free try out class, and I loved it. It was a bit hard a first to get the technique right and the coordination of the movements. It took me a couple classes before I felt comfortable with it, but everyday improving. Lowell and the other instructors are amazing, great people, and they are really good at encouraging one to keep on coming and keep on exercising. It definitely is a great exercise with many, many benefits.
