Fantastic experience: This is a no frills gym. If you are about actually working out and being able to get to the machines or weights that you need as part of your work out this is the place. Recently updated it has everything you need to take your fitness to the next level. Derrick the owner is an ex competitive bodybuilder and is happy to offer advice or train those looking for a personal experience. Always open and never crowded. This is my kind of place!
