Fantastic experience: The best chiropractor in the area!!!! I left the office feeling like a new person and learned new things to help me maintain my alignment and to prevent injury!!! They care about the person and look at us in a holistic approach! I felt like I mattered as a person and not just number! I also use them for my personal training!!! And I can for certain say that I have never had such an amazing experience at a gym, before I started with them. I love the one on one sessions because it focuses on what I need done for myself and they ensure that the body position is proper before allowing you to lift the heavier weights! Which is great!!! They all are very kind and make you feel like your part of their family...... I guess I could have made this review shorter by saying, they just really 100% truly care about your well-being!!!

Fantastic experience: True health and fitness really lives up to it's name! I've witnessed lives transformed with the team that works there. Friends that could barely walk due to back problems, poor diet and exercise are now living active and productive lives with increased self-esteem. If you want to work with a group that has the knowledge and drive to bring you to your ultimate best this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Best chiropractor I've ever had, best masseuse I've ever had. Wether your seeing Kevin the chiropractor, getting a massage from Brandi, acupuncture or even trying out a new workout routine, you get what you pay for and with a genuine caring smile! I recommend to everyone I know! I always leave feeling so much better and relaxed!

Fantastic experience: I can't even being to say enough how much the team at True Health and Fitness is. Their knowledge, friendly personalities, willingness to help, and true PASSION for what they do is evident the minute you walk in the door. I have used every service they offer and hope to check out their gym soon which I hear stellar things about!!! Highly recommend! wish I could give 6 stars!
