Fantastic experience: Was visiting my brother my wife and I did a day a pass at this Golds. I had a great workout the gym was very clean. Locker ooms were clean staff was friendly. I will come back to this gyn next time I visit my family.

Fantastic experience: Brittany Dodson helped spark a transformation that changed my life. I did about ~5-6 body scans & consultation sessions with Brittany in mid 2018. Knowing that there is someone who cares and follows up with me really helped. Her advice was also very valuable. While due to moving to another city I only did 6 styku sessions with Brittany, she definitely contributed to putting me on the right start. 3 years later, 80lbs lighter and a lot stronger, I say thank you Brittany!

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a gym to join on the advice of my physical therapist, and Gold’s went out of their way to show me equipment safe to use with my injury and how to use it correctly. Not too crowded, even on a Saturday morning, so lots of space to keep distance from other members. Most people wearing masks. No pressure to sign up after my free day pass, and all of my many questions were answered. I was going to check out another gym closer to home before I decided, but ended up signing up for Gold’s today. I haven’t been in a gym in 2 years, and I am so excited to be joining this one!

Fantastic experience: Very energetic desk attendant found an issue with my membership card.. she called a gentleman over who said he would look into it. Left my Silver Sneakers card with him while I worked out. He found me during my workout and said they had an issue on their end but he would not be able to fix it until Tuesday. He said my card was at the desk and reminded me to pick it up when I left. He said I was all set up. Venue was very clean and great atmosphere to workout.!

Fantastic experience: Was a member between august and may(except feb). They have all the equipment needed unlike those budget gyms. Their trainers seemed knowledgeable and programs like the golds fit, boot camp & the cycling course are pretty intense.

Fantastic experience: I get big and strong here. Me starting to get chest muscles. The staff and members help Hulk not waste Hulk's time by doing stuff wrong and tells Hulk how to do things right when I ask. Thank you bigger hulks and she hulks. (Reread this in Hulk's voice)

Fantastic experience: Great location and staff. Midnight closing works well with schedules and more than expected equipment and training rooms. The pool, spa and basketball courts are icing! Javier has taken great care of me and my membership needs. Simply can't rave enough.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Gold's Gym for a great experience. I was from out of town with a team of gymnasts for an expended period of time. The girls really needed to get a workout in. Gold's Gym welcomed us in and Javier took great care of us. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great, I'm a fan of golds. The main downside is the hours for me. It was 24hr for years and it worked out great for a lot of us night owls now they close at 12.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I really have a hard time wrapping my head around the bad reviews on here. I have never once been over charged, never once felt that it was in a unsafe spot, and never once thought that the facilities weren't clean, also the staff there is just wonderful, especially the ladies in the Kids Corner, my daughter just loves them! The Randleman Rd. Golds is the one closest to my house, but because of the very reasons I listed above, I do not go there, I drive the extra 10 minutes to Wendover location. I have been doing this over a year, and I will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very friendly, machines are in good condition, Howard Emmate is very nice, affable ( best customer service skills) ready always to help. Zumba instructions are awsome. I have meet at least three instructors all very nice.

Fantastic experience: This gym is one of the former The Rush locations and is huge. It has a pool, sauna, steam room, and plenty of weights. The only reason I don't visit as often is because of how far it is from my work.

Fantastic experience: I don't underatand the bad reviews about the staff.. I think they're great! I've been greeted as soon as i come in everytime, they always go out of their way to answer all my questions (i have a lot! Lol), some even come off they're break just to help if no one else can answer my question. The location isn't bad either. Ive had nothing but good experiences here so far!

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough good things about this gym. Staff is phenomenal!! Very skilled and helpful and so friendly. I've never joined a gym before and felt like tne staff were not just friends but family. the gym is always clean and not to mention huge. Has pretty much everything I could want in a gym. Excellent machines and equipment ,large locker room ,love the lady golds area too (private area for women if you choose) And the kid care!! I can't thank them enough for being over the top kind and caring to our son. He's two and has been going since he was 6 months. He looks forward to his hour in kid care every single day. Super clean and large area with jungle gym/ slides for kids. Movies and tons of toys. Alyssa Chrissy sandy have been so great! They work hard and are great at their job! Thank you golds gym staff for truly making our experience over the last few years with you guys so wonderful.
