Fantastic experience: After a year of confinement do to the virus I return to golds gym and my subscription was active the follow the safety procedure and after that I was allowed to enjoy the gym. It was quick.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been there on several occasions as a guest. They have the best staff. The girl with pink hair, Violeta, and McKenzie make you feel safe and at home. The place looks great and clean 10/10 would recommend to friends and family .

I would recommend taking advantage of the free personal training consultations , the trainers all have specialties that will make your experience unique.

The gym is always so clean and the trainers are awesome as well! I had an issue with my account one month and Alan was very helpful and made sure to get It taken care for me right away. I wouldn’t want to go to any other gym!

Fantastic experience: Well maintained and stocked facility; everything was clean and orderly with a generous array of machines and equipment to work with. Helpful staff and nice features like a separate workout area for women who might be uncomfortable out on the open floor, a pool and sauna, basketball area and plentiful (clean!) lockers.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out here 4-5 days a week for seven months, and I’d definitely recommend! It’s completely set up with tools to get in shape. The gym is well set up with a variety of cardio machines, assisted and free weights for lifting, and a large area for ab and body weight workouts. They open up early enough in the morning for me to get plenty time in, and the staff is always friendly (kudos to y’all, I’d be exhausted at 5 am!) I only wish there was a larger pool, but the lap pool will work. Always look forward to going to Gold’s!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Never had issues and never have the "lunks" that Planet Fitness whines about. Instead the staff is very helpful and are often working out as well and will answer any questions about working out.

It's constantly being cleaned, the equip seems to be repaired timely, the staff is always friendly. There's plenty of equip avail overall (tho another ab crunch machine may be nice since it's often in use).
