Fantastic experience: CrossFit isn’t like any other training program. CrossFit will humble the best athletes and create athletes out of anyone, no matter your fitness level. There will come a point where you hit a wall and want to quit, because every muscle hurts and your body says stop its ok… but then your coach says “just pick up the bar- one more rep - you can do it,” and you tell your-self it will be over before you know it. Such simple words that push you when you feel broken to help you keep going one rep at a time. In CrossFit it doesn’t matter if you’re the first one finished or the last as long as you finish. It’s about finding that place inside and you’ll discover a lot about yourself. It’s a confidence booster, character building and friendship creating sport of fitness. There is just something special about meeting up with a group of great people and challenging yourself day in and day out to be better

Fantastic experience: I've been to Crossfit boxes all over the country and abroad and this one is by my far my absolute favorite. The coaches' attention to detail and investment in every athlete's improvement is what separates this place from everywhere else I've been. I have learned more at CFV than I have at any other box I've been to. If you're new to Crossfit, you'll get the most solid foundation here. If you're an experienced athlete, you'll be challenged and pushed to your limits. Definitely can't do this place justice with just one review - you'll have to go see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Wow, Great box with friendly & easygoing group of people and awe-inspiring & challenging coaches!!! Before joining crossfit I was kind of hovering on which box to join but after reading reviews and a foundation class from coach Ben Gleason, I decided to join CFV and since then never looked back or regretted my decision. Its been great 8 months I have been doing crossfit, I enjoy each and every WOD and it makes me feel better after a hectic & busy day at work! Being new to workout sessions and crossfit, I highly recommend this box to new & experienced athletes who is looking for a good & challenging WOD!!!

Fantastic experience: You can read about CrossFit all you want, but you can't understand what it is all about unless you come and try it. CFV is not only a place that I go to workout, it is a second family of like minded people that care enough about each other to help them get better. You will come for the fitness, you will stay for the family. There are free intro classes available and there is no annual contract so come see what CFV is all about.

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome box! I tried a few before I stumbled on this one.. and never looked back! The coaches, owner, and other CrossFitters make it an enjoyable hour! Coaches are highly knowledgeable and continually help out! Encouraging also! Love this place!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Versatile is one of the best gyms in Greensboro for the following reasons: 1.) Free introductory class and discount for students. 2.) Diverse and characteristic coaches (very talkative, calm, funny, loud, bith..y (in a good way)) and they will motivate you one or another way. You cannot escape that. 3.) There are many classes that can fit everyone’s schedule. 4.) They are extremely patient with new people like me. 5.) They are local, dog friendly and owned by great couple and a dog.
