Xperience Fitness of West Allis

Fantastic experience: I joined XPerience at the beginning of May when I couldn’t afford another gym membership I had at another club. I find the club to be very friendly and clean. I use the club several times a week.

Fantastic experience: I really like that you guys expanded the gym, but it would be nice if all the squat racks were aligned straight instead of all crooked its kinda hard to workout when they are facing the mirror and the racks are all crooked and not aligned straight PLEASE lol

Fantastic experience: Went to this gym and another new gym in the area called Vasa. The atmosphere and the management and staff at Xperience Fitness were by far more helpful. Would highly recommend this gym because it’s a lot more personal and because they truly care about all of their members

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a just over a month. This is one of the the cleanest and has overall the best environment. The workers are super kind and are always free to answer questions. Especially the manager Shane!

Fantastic experience: A no frills experience. It's been a while since I've been to a gym, so I don't have any comparison to anything else. That doesn't matter though, the facility is clean, staff is friendly, and it's cool to see a diverse crowd of people trying to stay fit.

Fantastic experience: Signing up was easy. I wasn't forced to tske a tour when I just wanted pool info. Craig J. helped me out. Ended up signing up same day, just sucks that this location doesn't have a pool.

Fantastic experience: Hi, me and my wife went for a tour and happy to find this gym it's great lots of equipment, also has its trainers for its classes, we are very with the great attitude everybody help us on front loby, they also offered child care while you exercise amazing thanks to Craig for his help now whe are members of experience gym‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Was the cleanest gym I have ever been to in a while. TJ is an amazing supervisor, does a amazing job making sure that the Men's locker room and the gym floor is clean. Dale is the best manager I have ever seen. He always walks the floor making sure that the machines are fixed and everything. Ill end it with this, what you got is the reason that I keep coming back!

Fantastic experience: I came in while i was in town this week. The gym was nice and clean! And Craig was very kind and helpful and answered all of my questions! He was very patient and easy to work with! It was a pleasure! Whenever I’m back in town i will be visiting again!

Fantastic experience: I been having trouble finding motivation to get back in the gym... ex athlete who let time just get away... I kept saying tomorrow ..tomorrow after talking with Craig he truly helped me find my drive and motivation again... he didn't pressure me into any classes or even to sign up. Fantastic experience: First let me say, Xperience West Allis is by far one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. Spray stations stay stocked for cleaning up after you use the machines. While signing up for my membership, I worked with Craig. Craig let me know about the way he was able to learn about healthy living, working out, and healthy eating. It inspired me to continue my weight loss journey as well.

Fantastic experience: I went in today for a membership and met with Craig. I was bummed at first because they didn't have a pool however the staff made me feel comfortable and motivated which made it easy to join this location Craig, Dale And TJ are great! Gym was the cleaner than any gym I've toured! Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I came in as guest with my mom. Craig gave us a wonderful tour of the facilities. He also shared his weight loss story and it motivated me to try the QHIT class. Everything was also very clean. I was very impressed.

Fantastic experience: I’m a OTR truck driver. I was stopping in for a workout, while I was in town. It was great talking with Craig, Dale and the whole staff. A very clean, respectful and great place to workout. The staff was very welcoming and helped me out on learning a few new techniques I could add to my normal workout! I highly recommend this place. I will most definitely be stopping by whenever I’m in town!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality I’ve regularly attended this gym for about a year and I love everything about it. Great machines, cool regulars, and the staff is personable. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the gym up to a month again with a few new hires Dale and Tj. Thanks guys for really stepping it up!

Fantastic experience: 5* strictly because they "fixed" my app problem. Thank you. Site could use some love with the the cracking leather on weight benches and machines but as long as I dont need to spend 2 minutes trying to sign in everyday its 5* for me.

Fantastic experience: Very clean. Denzel, Dale, Adam, Kayla, Mary all turned this gym around. They're friendly and run some amazing Q classes. They're always knowledgeable and keeping this gym up to date.

Fantastic experience: Ever since TJ started to work as Supervisor and Dale began to work as General Manager, I have noticed a big difference in the way the West Allis gym is being cleaned. They are doing a great job keeping the gym clean. It is a big difference from before they began to work there. Also, they put up signs telling people to put their weights back on the racks, so the gym is more organized now. Thanks for doing your jobs as Supervisor and General Manager.

Fantastic experience: Always a great time coming here! Chris always has a smile on his face and is very friendly with everyone! He makes sure everything is kept clean and does his job very well. Rotceh also does a great job keeping stuff clean and is very good worker. They make it a pleasure coming in to workout. They both deserve raises! The only thing I don’t really like about the place is that a lot of the equipment is always taken when you need it and it feels small. But I hear you guys are remodeling soon so hopefully that fixes it!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication Very clean, friendly, helpful and they have a lot of experience. TJ, Dale, Adam, Denzel, Anna and Mary has made a tremendous turn around in this club. I love it here now.

Fantastic experience: This was by far my best XPERIENCE (see what I did there?) signing up with a big box gym! Courtney and Jacelyn were so awesome! They gave me tour of the facility, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make feel at home! The gym was so clean which was awesome considering most gyms I’ve been to are dirtier than under my kids beds after they “cleaned their room”. All in all those 2 deserve the highest of recognition because they are seriously the only reason I decided to give Xperience a shot!

Fantastic experience: I have not worked out here yet, but am already super impressed. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. The facility is immaculate, smells clean, and has tons of different machine options to choose from. I was a little bummed to find out the West Allis location does not have a pool or sauna, but what can you do? I would still recommend it to anybody who asked

Fantastic experience: I did the Q experience my first day there. This is a program with different stations to do rapid exercises for an hour. 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off in a group setting. It was an invigorating experience. A little too much for someone out of condition. (ME) But a good investment of my time. Class was on time and the other participants were more than happy to give me assistance. Very friendly environment. I scheduled back to back appointments which is not too good an idea. I assumed that the contact for my second appointment would have been informed that I was in class prior to our meeting. He wasn't and called me to verify our appointment. Problem here is, I don't need my phone with me when I'm working out and left it in my vehicle. Needless to say I never kept my scheduled appointment. Still a 5***** experience.

Fantastic experience: Was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked into the door. Staff wasn't pushy and outlined each membership, gave no indication that they needed a "sale" or just wanted my money. A coach gave me the run down of the location and even set up an appointment for me to go over goals and realistic expectations. Granted it was day one, but I'm optimistic that this location will maintain positive experiences and outcomes.

Fantastic experience: Just signed up. Had a great experience meeting a few of the trainers and people around. Gave me information, but didn’t ramble on forever. Pricing was good and they weren’t pushy about going to a higher price point , just let me know the extra I could be getting with a different plan. Plenty of equipment, clean locker rooms, and I’m excited for this welcome workout. Never had that experience before, but it will be nice to have someone go along with me for a first workout.

Fantastic experience: Great training and atmosphere! The front desk staff are friendly and inviting (s/o to Daniel!), good locker room facilities, and good variety of equipment. Decent availability for group classes too (go Zumba!). Would recommend to anyone if you’re looking for a great gym!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Xperience Fitness in West Allis has made sure I was taken care of the entire time I've stepped in the door. If the person I was scheduled with couldn't talk to me, they made sure someone else did right away! Also, everyone there is very knowledgeable, fun loving & dedicated to people reaching their goals!!! Which is very important to me because I'm a commercial actor & I also own my own performance arts company, so it's a must that I represent my self & my brand in the most competitive way to obtain acting gigs. I'm super excited to be there! P.S. The Combat Class Rocks!!!

Fantastic experience: Me experience there was amazing. The employees there are extremely helpful and very polite. They showed us a full tour of the place and answered any questions that we had. When we made our membership they solved any confusion that we had and it went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to people with children too. They have a daycare like place for kids to play while the adults can go do their activities. There are many different activities for the children to do like mini basketball so they most likely wont get bored .Other than that there are many other activities and classes that adults can also enjoy.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this particular location have been extremely polite and helpful. They really care about their members. I even got a complimentary training session when signing up. They showed me how to use the equipment, gave me recommendations for supplements based on my goal. Very cleanly and great experience overall.
