Fantastic experience: Harmony is the perfect environment for community based fitness classes. I love how friendly, and accommodating the instructors are, and how FUN they make each class! There is an overall sense of team spirit and group comraderie among the people there that is a true rarity these days. All ages and fitness levels are welcomed and supported in achieving their health goals. Their prices are more than fair with punch cards for anyone who wants to attend classes at their own leisure. They offer personal training, nutritional counseling, Zumba, yoga, pilates, TRX strength training, spin, and more!
