Fantastic experience: I have been attending Best Life fitness for over 8 months now and am very satisfied to have found the right gym after 2 years of living in the area trying other gyms. Justin and Andreas are wonderful trainers. The classes offered have all been helping me feel stronger, lose inches and drop the weight I’ve been putting on since leaving the gym I loved in the Bay Area. I’m so happy I found them! ❤️ Update October 2020 the gym is closing.

Fantastic experience: The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, and do a great job motivating me. I am also truly enjoying the variety of classes, which are fun and challenging. I have been working out for over 35 years, and for the last 10 years or so, it has been a chore to consistently go to the gym. Since joining this gym, I actually look forward to working out again. I also feel like the workouts are much better for my body especially in regards to gaining more flexibility and balance than simply lifting weights and doing cardio.

Fantastic experience: Best Life Fitness has changed the lives of my family. We all go and have taken advantage of a lot of what is has to offer, classes, personal training and nutrition guidance. In addition to gaining strength and losing weight and inches It has increased our mental health greatly. You just can’t get the personalized coaching that you get at Best life anywhere else in town I love starting my morning here every day and that Justin knows my strengths and weaknesses and makes sure I’m challenging myself and growing without injury.

Fantastic experience: I had trained with both Justin and Andreas at another gym for a number of years. When Justin opened Best Life Fitness Academy, then Andreas came over, so did I. In 2014. I had started working out again just after I turned 60. However, I have made more gains in mobility, flexibility, strength, and general conditioning in 9 months at Best Life than I have had in the years before. My personal training sessions and group workouts here are a key part of my health maintenance plan these days. When my doc says "I wish all of my patients your age were in as good as shape as you are.", I attribute that to Best Life.
