This place feels like home away from home and you feel comfortable working out! Aurielle sets you up for success and teaches you that weight loss doesn’t come from doing only cardio and sit ups but from a mix of weight training and HIIT.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The trainer is also always willing to help guide you in your fitness journey. Also, I love how clean it is always!!

Fantastic experience: I have never felt more comfortable at a gym. From management to members, I have never met a more friendly bunch. Alex (the owner) has the upmost knowledge and understands how to help individuals with realistic goals feel confident and strong. If you’re looking for guidance or freedom with your fitness goals, Fitninesi is the place to be. Not only do you get to show up for yourself, but you gain a family who will push you & root for you for life.

Fantastic experience: Moveeeee over Orange Theory!! Fitinesi is a great environment! The workouts are unique and tough which is a breath of fresh air. Alex really gets to know you and what you need to change in your life to put you on the best health journey. The gym has an awesome vibe with great music as well as equipment. If your looking for a "not so typical gym" than this is IT. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Fantastic experience: Fitinessi is such a great gym! This place is a judgment-free zone where you can choose classes to work out as a group, which makes it super comfortable to do. Aurielle (Alex), the owner, is so motivating and will do anything to help you achieve your fitness goals. She's super kind and understands any setbacks you may come across as long as you don't give up on your goals. I definitely recommend joining this gym. I have gained so much confidence and happiness since joining myself!
