Fantastic experience: When I first thought about trying CrossFit, I was so intimidated that it took me years before I finally said “just do it!” I am so glad I did! Pura Vida has been an amazing gym to be a part of over the last 5 months and I look forward to many more with them. I instantly felt welcomed and listened to. They are able and so willing to modify any movement to accommodate my shoulder injury. This is definitely a Tribe of amazing peeps that are encouraging, motivating, and so likable! Just do it! PS...they play the perfect mix of music during workouts!

Fantastic experience: I was in the GJ area for a period of 7 plus days on a work trip. I want to say thank you to the team at Pura Vida for a superb experience. The team and other crossfitters were utterly welcoming, fun to be around and super caring. The team were extremely generous and kind towards with me! Fantastic experience: The staff members are super friendly and supportive. To note, my level of fitness was low when I first started. Toni, the coach, is supper supportive in helping me along. I do have long term injuries but she helps me modify the movements and exercises. Inclusive atmosphere, she makes the hard stuff easy with her motivation and care for each person when going through a WOD. If your new or old to crossfit, this is the place.
