Fantastic experience: Great place to go if you are serious about working out. Not a show place like some gyms... this is a get in, get it done, and get out kind of place... Very affordable because they have kept it simple.

Fantastic experience: Great employees, good clean gym, but somewhat small space. I'm not complaining about the space, but if you go anytime around 5 PM it's insanely packed and hard to find equipment. I never go at that time, so choose your time wisely. Other than that, would definitely recommend! It has a good "I want to work harder" atmosphere about it if that's what you're looking for, unlike some of the big brand gyms.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! We have been coming here since we moved here in fall of 2019. The workers are friendly and helpful. I love the fact it’s smaller but still has a wide arrangement of equipment. Those trainers are pretty bomb too!

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome gym! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and keep the place very clean (even the bathroom is always spotless!) my kids love the kids room and actually hate to leave haha the new machines are awesome and for the most part, all the members wipe down their machines when they’re done. I love being a member here! Side note: I previously left a bad review that this gym does NOT deserve. I was having a bad day and left an impulsive review. This is a truly awesome gym and I’ve been meaning to fix my review for awhile now. Sorry it took so long!

Fantastic experience: Definitely a smaller gym, but I have been attending since 2007, and it is a great atmosphere. The trainers are all great people, and the place is spotless. Mike the owner is a great guy, and he just got done replacing nearly every machine in the entire gym. This is a great place to work out. Not an LA fitness, but you also arent paying LA fitness prices and dealing with LA fitness people. Not to mention, support small buisness.

Fantastic experience: Great gym been goin here for quite a while now the employees are friendly and the owner is awesome pretty straight forward no contract month by month can get crowded sometimes but any good gym is gonna be that way shows that they have a great customer base and that people like the gym but for the most part never really have to wait for anything oh and the prices are great worth checking out to start your fitness journey

Fantastic experience: Great rate and great hours. Plenty of equipment. I go early in the morning and have never had an issue finding free equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Olivia is an amazing trainer listening to your goals developing a work out plan that works for you and your limitations. All the patrons have been polite and courteous. I have not felt uncomfortable working out by myself.

Fantastic experience: This place is Great, I usually go in the Morning not so many people there, Mike the Owner/Mangier is also great, helpful with Diet tips and sometimes exercise tips, I went for about 6 months a couple years ago and now waiting for Black Friday to sign up again, The Staff seems knowledgeable and I plan to sign up for some coaching this time too, I tried one of the big ones in between times and felt like a Rat on a wheel.

Fantastic experience: Pretty basic gym, could use another squat rack but I've yet to see anyone squat, so maybe not. It's got everything you'd need to get started. Environment is a lot more motivating than anytime fitness or LA fitness in my opinion. I've seen very few people sit and play on their phones. That's a big plus for me.

Fantastic experience: Great equipment and staff id very professional. They keep an extremely clean gym. Only drawback is not having a shower area. They do have 2 changing rooms. Good parking. Free weights are plentiful and full array of equipment.

Fantastic experience: The value and location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The equipment is modern and good quality, and broken stuff gets repaired/replaced quickly. The owner is very friendly and there often. The hours should be longer on the weekends (it closes at 6) and it makes it difficult to get there before 6 on nice sunny days; regardless, for the price, location, and equipment, I would recommend it if you're in the market for an affordable local and good gym.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I love this gym. We're thrilled with the amount of equipment we get to use. Everything is in good shape and the facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and will always answer questions at any time. The people who attend this gym are wonderful as well! We have met the nicest people. It's great to be around so many types of people of different ages and sizes. I've never felt self conscious there. I've already gained more stamina and muscles in just four months than working out at our old gym for years. Plus we're paying a lot less in monthly fees.

Fantastic experience: They had a great black Friday deal so I only pay 10.88 a month for just me. And sometimes you got to play around with the time and day you go in but I think this gym is great. Enough equipment. They have a place your kids can be in if you have them. Staff is friendly and gym members are nice too. Very happy with this gym:)
