Fantastic experience: Welcoming, motivating, and positive. The people and atmosphere were very comfortable and not intimidating. Plenty of equipment and the exercises were fun and challenging. A great place to make friends, achieve goals, and have an abundance of support. They offer up free trials to see if their gym is right for you and their scheduling system is easy to use. It’s nice to see a gym full of family.

Fantastic experience: When I first started CrossFit I was a little intimated because I've heard about the workouts but joining Starboard CrossFit was one of the best decision I've ever made. The owners and coaches make you feel right at home! I love that they work with you and build you up to where you want to be physically! I would recommend this gym to anyone!!! Also they're veteran owed which was a PLUS for me !!!

Fantastic experience: Work from home and decided I needed a push to get started with regularly working out. Just finished a trial run at Starboard and thoroughly enjoyed it. Coaches have been encouraging and helpful in getting started and working on form. I will be signing up for a membership, great experience so far!

Fantastic experience: How can I begin to describe this box?? Well first thing, Starboard Crossfit is a box that I think about when I think of the most perfect box ever. It truly exceeded my expectations. Next is the location, excellent coaching staff and top notch equipment. Lastly is the awesome energy, knowledge, and motivation that you get from the owner and his staff, they are eager to help and will to take time for each person. Also, they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while also having fun doing so. Not only that, but the community of people that surround you is the cherry on top because everyone encourages each other to be better and do amazing things. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I would recommend Starboard Crossfit to anyone, no matter their age or level of fitness, who is looking to better themselves physically, mentally and spiritually. I look forward to going to Starboard everyday after work because I know every single day I go, when I leave, I am stronger.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym!!! Always very clean and organized. Coaches are awesome. They take to time to really explain things and make sure you are doing the movements correct. Great place to be no matter your fitness level or experience with CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: I was new to Charleston and the first gym I joined wasn't the right fit. After my first day at Starboard I knew I would love it. Everyone is SO welcoming and they not only build relationships at the gym, they do outside as well. I find myself hanging out with friends going to Cyclebar, local races, dinners, escape rooms, and other fun activities with people I've met at Starboard (and it's only been a few months I've been a member!). The owners Ronnie and Jen go above and beyond taking care of each member of the gym as well. Programming is on point, and they push me to the be the best version of myself every time I walk into the gym.
