Fantastic experience: Nice quite little gym never seems to busy in the morning or early afternoon. Has about everything your average joe would need to work up a sweat!

Fantastic experience: Nice gym. Been a member here for awhile. Nice staff and people are nice in general. No roid ragers making loud noises which is a plus.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for this place during the Covid-19 pandemic. All of the "big" gyms in the area changed hours not accommodating those who work out early in the morning. This place came in and opened doors 1 minute after midnight once the restrictions were lifted.

Fantastic experience: Great price, great variety of machines and weights. Awesome place to go to stay in shape or lose weight and definately worth the price. The night door access key is worth the extra and it's not usually crowded after peak hours.

Fantastic experience: Good equipment although it isn’t brand new it is well maintained, great staff and the gym is always clean when I go. The temperature is perfect not to cold or to hot.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! No contracts, and great pricing! The staff treat you like people instead of a commission check. Very informative and helpful. It's open 24 hours which is great for anyone with a busy or uncertain schedule!
