Fantastic experience: Beautiful space for yoga with knowledgable, fun instructors. Kimball' acupuncture helped heal a severely torn hamstring that threatened to end my yoga practice and horse show season (before it even started). Thanks to her care I was riding and practicing yoga in a few weeks. No drugs. And her teas are te BEST. PranaTonic is overall health and healing place of no equal.

T is a great instructor - kind, energetic, and encouraging. She has a gentle way of helping you challenge yourself and making you feel comfortable trying new things! Fantastic experience: I attended the "Stretch & Relaxation" class before my run on Saturday and Kimball is a great instructor. After I told her about my former knee injury, she made sure my stretches were deep, and even brought out sandbags. My run went absolutely smoothly and I had no knee issues afterwards, so I'll definitely make this a routine now. Thank you Kimball!

Fantastic experience: LOVE to experience yoga at Pranatonic. The instructors are consistently excellent yogis and instructors. The leadership is very interested in collecting and applying student input. Pranatonic possesses a calm, wonderful, cocoon in which to practice and learn about yoga.

Fantastic experience: PranaTonic was my first introduction to yoga. I started on the $30/30 days deal and have stuck around for the amazing instructors! My schedule pushed me towards Jen and Ben's classes, but they're both amazing instructors, so no complaints here! They've both been extremely accommodating to my lack of experience and kind in correcting postures. Jen's mini sermons during the lessons also give me something to reflect on when I head home. I'm really glad I found this studio. I try to make it 3-4 classes a week now.
