Unite Fitness Group Training Golden

Fantastic experience: I started going to classes at Unite after having my first child and trying to get back into shape. I started with their low impact classes and have started going to the regular build classes. The instructors are great, full of energy and were able to modify exercises for me if needed. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout!

Fantastic experience: Looking for a locally owned group training program with outstanding instructors and a fun environment? Look no further - Unite Fitness is your best option! I joined the Unite community about 3 months ago and can't say enough good things about the studio. Truthfully, I am not a big fan of HIIT oriented training, but as a dude in his mid 50s, its exactly what I need. I actually look forward to the classes as they are fun and varied. The instructors encourage us to work at our individual pace so that we are not over or under training. I always leave feeling like I received a well balanced workout that builds strength/muscle and cardio health. I am thrilled to have found such a great studio essentially in my backyard!

Fantastic experience: Unite Fitness classes are fantastic! I find them high energy and completely inclusive of multiple levels of fitness and ages. Everyone in the classes seem genuinely happy to be there sharing in the fitness experience with each other. The instructors are incredible and have such passion for helping everyone have their best fitness experience while sending them out the door with an elevated energy.

Fantastic experience: I love Unite! The burn and the build classes are challenging but awesome and every class is different. The teachers are great too, they provide a lot of modification options to make it easier or harder depending on what you’re looking for.

Fantastic experience: Unite Fitness pulled me out of my 'COVID' funk and I feel so much healthier and happier after the 4 months I have been attending. I tried several different fitness classes including cardio-burn, strength-build (regular and low impact), and yoga fitflow. With the variety of classes and times, I was able to select ones that fit my schedule and my energy levels. The instructors are so amazing as well! While they are motivating me through the session (and making sure we all have good form), the high energy music keeps the whole class moving! I'm so grateful for Mara and the Unite team!

Fantastic experience: Unite is an amazing gym! I went to my first free class and immediately signed up for the "winter warrior challenge" beginning the next day. I have absolutely loved this gym and have made friends here too. Classes are consistent, instructors are professional and knowledgeable, and workouts are as hard as you choose. They are challenging HIIT-style workouts but adaptable for all levels of fitness. And they are very community-oriented. I'm so grateful I found Unite!

Fantastic experience: I truly love Unite! It is the gym I have been looking for for a long time. They teach strength/conditioning workouts in a fun and approachable way. Each workout is built for beginners, intermediate fitness folks, AND athletes! The programming is well thought out so you don't feel like you're doing the same workout and hitting the same muscle groups everyday. The community is fantastic as well. Everyone i've taken a class with has been very welcoming and kind. PLUS I absolutely love supporting a women owned and locally owned business. Very happy to be a member at Unite!

Fantastic experience: I joined Unite Fitness Golden May of 2021 on Memorial Day when they had their “soft opening”. It was difficult to look at myself in the mirrors! Way over weight pushing a size 12. I decided to sign up. It was close to home and I had my neighbor ‘Renee’ to make me accountable. I now go to class at 6:30am at least 4-5 times a week! I now wear a size 6!!! Unite has changed my life! I’m so much happier, sharp and positive because of the commitment to workout! I look forward to going and the members are like family! LOVE unite…Rock on….I even like the music and I’m old

Fantastic experience: UNITE is my first introduction to HIIT/Interval training and I'm hooked. Teachers are enthusiastic, encouraging and offer up modifications making the classes challenging and yet accessible to all fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: Took the summer classes that were offered free with the Golden Mill and decided this was a better workout than I was getting with Orange Theory and switched to Unite. I burn a lot more calories and feel like I am getting a better full body workout. Instructors are great, atmosphere is really friendly, the variety of exercises is great and they are challenging for any body type and fitness level.

Sometimes it’s intimidating joining a new gym but the instructors made me feel right at home and are all so encouraging. I love the community and there is always different events going on. I am usually a punch pass purchaser with regards to exercise classes but I actually got a membership here.

Fantastic experience: I love Unite! I’ve avoided gyms for a long time because I’ve found them intimidating, but the trainers at Unite are so welcoming and encouraging. The workouts are great and really push you to do better. I’m planning on signing up for classes regularly!

Fantastic experience: I have never felt more welcome at a gym than I have at Unite! Mara is the literal best! So happy to have her well crafted gym here in Golden. There's such a variety of people, all ages and athletic types, it's truly a comfortable environment to be a part of. I love the variety and challenge that Unite and the instructors provide! Not to mention the Keg workout at the Golden Mill during the summer has been a definite highlight! These instructors definitely make sure proper form and execution are understood for everyone which I really appreciate as a Massage Therapist. The post workout stretch is actually a stretch/cool down, not a quick couple stretches which is sooo needed as well. You can tell they really care about your well being here :)

Fantastic experience: One of the best choices I've made in 2022! Unite's classes are super challenging and high-energy and their instructors are welcoming and always available to help you modify moves if you need. I've been going here since March and have already met some of my fitness goals, some of which I have not been able to meet in YEARS (yay for pull ups!!). If you're looking for a supportive community that will push you to reach your goals, come to Unite!

Fantastic experience: I’m not typically a gym person, but the workouts and community at Unite Fitness are like no other! Super fun & effective workouts, upbeat music, no meatheads or pretentiousness. Just good people and empowering workouts! My entire family loved to workout here on the regular. The small group dynamics make it really fun to work out with other friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Unite since it opened and could not be happier with my experience there! I had really neglected my physical health, so I was a bit scared to get back into the gym. Unite's welcoming atmosphere was so comforting! ALL skill levels can benefit from their workouts. Such a great community!

Fantastic experience: I love that they offer two styles of workouts: Burn and Build. There are times where I want a great cardio workouts and other times where I want to focus on strength. Both of these workouts are wonderful and accomplish exactly what their names intend. This gym also does a great job of catering to all different skill levels.

Fantastic experience: High energy, very welcoming, small- class fitness center with circuit training set up. Their HIIT classes are challenging but able to be modified to fit individual needs, and the twice weekly yoga is a great counter balance. All the instructors are motivating, encouraging and truly caring. So glad I joined!

Fantastic experience: I first noticed this little gem when I was nextdoor at the donut shop, ha! I'm not a group fitness person, would rather workout alone at home and save any embarrassment, which of course doesn't happen anyway, right? I thought why not give a free class a try, what would I have to lose? So I gave it a shot. It was a great HIIT class, tons of variations taught for anyone, everyone was really nice and non-judgmental, the trainers are knowledgeable and kind, I felt comfortable, and was sore in all the right places. I liked how even though we were all together, everyone is doing their own thing, with help available as needed. I've never experienced interval training before but I think this is going to be the kick in the butt that I need. It's a good variety of fitness levels; those needing to get fit and those staying in shape. And a range of ages too. This gym is a great option for anyone and the pricing is reasonable. Best way to know if it's for you is to try a free class. It's easy to sign up on their website.

Fantastic experience: I love Unite Fitness! Their classes have provided me with a dynamic way to cross train and change up my usual routines, (trail running, hiking and biking). The classes are fun, engaging and challenging. I feel EVERY muscle when I go consistently. The instructors are energetic, friendly and knowledgeable, and I'm so happy to finally have a HIIT class-oriented gym so close to home :) (I also had the pleasure of photographing these amazing gals for a promotional shoot, hence the pro photo). Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Unite is the best thing that has happened to the Golden fitness scene. I joined shortly before becoming pregnant and was very nervous about working out throughout pregnancy. The instructors are all knowledgeable and so supportive and make me feel capable and strong during all of my workouts. I could not suggest Unite more!

Fantastic experience: I tried Unite Fitness for the first time tonight, and I’m hooked! The instructor/owner, Mara, brings high energy to the workout, and clearly demo’s every movement. The studio is spotless, and there is plenty of room to move from station to station. I loved that there were folks in the class from every age and stage in life. The format is straightforward, and designed to build teamwork. Golden has needed a Unite Fitness, and I’m excited to watch them grow!

Fantastic experience: The gals at Unite bring gusto that everyone needs when you have a grueling workout. They are always positive in reinforcement and help work people through a movement if they need some modification or further instruction. You’ll come in dry and leave sweaty and happy. I’ve loved every class I’ve been to so far and will keep it going. I suggest you start sooner rather than later!
