Coach Ed is extremely talented and creates both a welcoming environment where everyone boosts each other up, and a challenging workout where you can really feel proud of the effort put in. Learning how to box is an extremely rewarding experience and coach Ed is a fantastic teacher!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a gym in years. I hated the wondering around trying to figure out what to do. Cardio? Weight? And once I would decide how much should I do. When I started looking into going back to the gym I can across the Class UDC Gym. And at first I was hesitant because I am far from a UFC guy. But once I looked into it I found it was the perfect place for me. They offer both boxing classes and HIIT classes. And they recently introduced open gym time. The best was I know how to describe it is a boxing gym meets a CrossFit gym. Their class based system took out the guess work. And the instructors are a perfect combination of pushing you encouraging. And being north of 40 and not going to a gym for over 5 years I have NEVER felt out of place. Or looked down upon. And for the first time ever I look forward to going to the gym. And in this time of the COVID-19 Pandemic they are doing a great job of social distancing and sanitation to help us feel safe. I am grateful to have found suck an amazing place to work out.
