Fantastic experience: What a wonderful gem in Jewel City! Love the space, the staff and the classes. The owners clearly care so much about their clientele and what they do, I cannot recommend this business enough!

Fantastic experience: They care about your form before you do anything crazy like handstand push up with one hand on the ground, one eye closed, kipping, AMRAP 60 mins.

Fantastic experience: Best crossfit box in town. People are friendly and owners are pretty cool too. They have changed their workout program which I really like. I have even taken my daughter from time to time. Also gotta visit Olympic weightlifting coach Galust, he is a rare find that teaches you correct movements and is a cool guy to talk to about the good old days.

Fantastic experience: Came by to ask some questions and they were very polite and informative. Gym was clean and nice. I will come back with Avo to sign up for some classes.
