Fantastic experience: Great place to go for an all around workout. I've been going there for a year and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. This place has a nice hometown feel to it, with the walls painted with the colors of the local high school. The staff is friendly and there's all the equipment you need to get the job done.

Positive experience: The ownership of this place has changed recently, and so has the feel of it. The old body shop had a more personal, hometown feel to it, whereas now it has a generic gym feel to it. The membership prices are cheaper, but now it has an average run of the mill gym feel to it.

Fantastic experience: Best independent gym in the area, what they lack in space, they more than make up for in customer service.

Fantastic experience: I came out to visit family from CO, and made the 30 minute drive because this gym is WORTH it. As a woman, I never felt gawked at or uncomfortable (which unfortunately, is a very common thing for ladies at gyms). Everyone is friendly and there's never a wait for ANY machine. Tons of free weights and other exercise equipment too. AND IT'S AFFORDABLE!

Positive experience: They told my grandma she could get a membership for super cheap and when I went in to find out more details for her, they gave me completely different info. Very expensive and seems like it's not very welcoming to just anyone. The equipment and facility itself is very nice and well-kept though.
