Fantastic experience: IFC Gym is a great place to workout! It has a great layout and setup with more than enough equipment to get you into shape. The gym is always clean and maintained very well which offers a comfortable workout environment. Also the ability to workout any twenty-four hours of the day allows for schedule flexibility which is perfect. Highly recommended place to workout.

This place has everything you need from cardio equipment, strength equipment, free weights, strongman equipment and personal training…you name it! Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with powerlifting, strongman AND standard gym equipment. I get to weave all 3 into my regimen now without needing multiple gyms or my own equipment to do so. 5 Stars no doubt.
