Fantastic experience: I have always been a fan of the work Church Health Center does I recently started taking a cooking class to learn healthy ways I can change my diet! The class is free and open to the public! Great instructors, Great information and cooking in their state of the art kitchen is an added plus! I would highly recommend Church Health Center for anyone ready to take control of their life!

Fantastic experience: What a great facility! Definitely one of the best gyms in Memphis. With cycling, yoga and other HIIT workouts, it offers a lot of variety in addition to all of the normal equipment you’d expect to have.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. The lockers on built in and only require you set a personal passcode. I appreciate they spaced all equipment 6 feet apart and they encourage everyone to clean the machines and equipment after using them. Thank you for the safety measures.

Fantastic experience: This is a really excellent YMCA. The workout equipment is top-of-the-line. If there’s inclement weather in the winter they probably will open late. Overall I was very impressed by how nice and well kept this YMCA is.

Fantastic experience: This Ymca is truly incredible. A community collaborative effort at both of their cores, a partnership between the Church Health Center and the Memphis YMCA is a no-brainer. I would support this Y if it were a broom closet. Imagine my excitement when the facility itself did not disappoint. The equipment is exclusively Matrix, a great choice the Memphis Y association went with a few years back. The indoor track is just a typical multi-material mix athletic floor with a track outline which is unusual but made for some great agility work regardless. The lockers have built-in locks, solving administrative headaches and the issue of some people not having locks, or being able to purchase locks. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is clean. Love the use of space, especially the TRX in the weight room and the cross-fit style area inside of the track. The on-demand virtual les mills cycle studio was not my favorite, but this doesn’t detract from my experience in any way. Excellent job. Support your local Y.

Fantastic experience: Here on travel - Can’t beat the drop-in rate. Lockers with locks. Took two class, Les Mills BODYPUMP and yoga, with Brandy - a top notch instructor. All around good experience.

Fantastic experience: I love it. They have expanded the 1 hour parking spaces, which helps. And last week, they opened the outdoor pool. This is really a great Y.

Fantastic experience: I’m visiting from Chattanooga for the weekend and wanted to get a quick workout in, this YMCA was incredibly clean and beautiful. Equipment is top of the line and the layout of the gym is great.

Fantastic experience: this place is the best ymca in the memphis metro. it is meticulously maintained, the staff is friendly and will remember your name, the spin room is top notch, there is childcare through church health, and rumour has it they are adding a pool.
