Fantastic experience: This is a great place for seniors,and also a great place to have activities and parties wedding receptions there's a wonderful pool their exercise room, spin classes, yoga, water aerobic classes it's the old YMCA and they turned it into a gym and activity center and it's really nice. I'm now a member.

Fantastic experience: Had a very nice experience at this place. The Crab Feast was awesome. I look forward to the next one. The food was exceptional and so was the entertainment.

Fantastic experience: I don't have a membership here, but I did take swim lessons with Doris. She's a great instructor. She has great patience and she thinks outside of the box to help you conquer areas that you're having difficulties. The pool temp was always warm and comfortable, which is great during the colder months. 10s across the board!! Parking is free just ask the front desk assistant for a parking token. All pros, no cons on my end!

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym to go to! I'm very comfortable and relaxed here. Everyone that works here is very friendly and place is kept clean.
