Positive experience: Clean and we'll maintained. The morning Boot Camp is top notch. The instructor is amazing and the participants are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Good range of equipment. Usually more than enough equipment to go around. Much more quiet and friendly atmosphere compared to big box gyms. Owner seems like a great guy, does a good job of keeping things clean and organized.

Fantastic experience: Never left a review of a place until this place. Great gym, always clean, and great workers. Always nice. Wish there was a gym like this in my hometown to go to since I won’t be living around here anymore. (If you don’t have a set plan make sure you buy the key card to get 24/7 access. One time fee and it was great for me.)

Fantastic experience: I’m visiting from Florida and felt very welcome by Steve, thoroughly enjoyed meeting Vanessa and her appreciated her class and the ladies were very kind in the class. They opportunity to work out at the gym while on vacation was fabulous giving me the opportunity to not miss a week of workouts. Thank you Steve, Vanessa, and members.
