Fantastic experience: My favorite 24 hour gym around! Very private, never crowded and the owner, Ron, is always there to help if you have questions.

Fantastic experience: Love that its small owed and not overly crowded. Everyone is SUPER friendly and it feels like a small community in the gym. Everyone is very supportive of one another and the trainers are always willing to help with questions. Its 24hr access and has showers if needed. Definitely would recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Top notch fitness center. Has everything you need except 1 thing...... crowds. Never have to wait for machines or to work in. Ron, a nationally certified trainer is available for sessions but even if you don't, he's a wealth of knowledge and always willing to help if needed. The gym is set up so it flows well for your workout. Bathroom/locker room is always clean. Parking is always available and the lot is safe and well lit of you decide to take advantage of the 24/7 hours.

Fantastic experience: Ron is amazing - I've never felt better leaving a workout in my life, even as a former collegiate lacrosse athlete! I thought I knew how to lift but was mind blown by Ron's expertise
