Fantastic experience: If you want to lift weights in a great atmosphere, this is your gym. The staff is courteous and polite. They check you in with a smile and say goodbye when you leave. Very, very, nice people. Well hired for lack of a better term. Mario did a great job in this regard. The owner (Mario) is a gentleman. He has forgotten more about weightlifting than most people know. He treats everyone with respect and kindness. The rates are very competitive and you will enjoy working out here. This gym offers kids care so Mom's can work out while their little one is watched. It also has a top notch full shower area and spacious locker rooms. Tanning is an option and they have 3 beds. Very affordable! The gym is equipped with all the latest and greatest equipment. If you can't find a machine to use to get you where you're going, you can use free weights and vis versa. They also have a stretch room that is very large with a rubber floor (quiet). They have classes in all sorts of aerobic exercise here. Check it out. You won't be disappointed! In closing I would like to thank Mario for providing a great place to get pumped up!

Fantastic experience: This place is one of the most equipped gyms I've been to ever and I have been to many. Many machines and cardio equipment available. It is hands down a great place to get in zone and no waiting for people to get off your favorite machine people get it done and mind your space definitely my sanctuary and they have kid care which I love being a mom of two young ones that actually look forward to going to the gym with me.

Fantastic experience: Came here when they closed my regular gym of 4 years. Best thing my old gym ever did for me. I LOVE this place Mario runs a good unit..nice folks quality supplements in a gym like atmoshere not some ritzy ditzy social club. Folks come here to unwind, work out or knock off and lose some stress..whatever you need cardio, strength training and a kids room fresh made tasty smooties in a non-judgmental place with members and staff alike who will actually stop and answer your questions and offer help or guidance. Young and old male or female. Yup 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
