Fantastic experience: This is probably the cleanest gym I've ever been to, and I've been training in various gyms for over 20 years now. Everyone who works there is really helpful and nice. The owner is always adding new machines and maintaining the equipment. My son loves the boxing classes, and my mom has been taking fitness classes here for years. Such a great facility!!

State of the art equipment and a kind and courteous staff. All that for a fair price. Good luck finding a better deal!

This is definitely the nicest gym in Spencer or surrounding towns. Would recommend to anyone! They also have fitness classes as well as boxing and tanning. Something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at this gym for years and not once have I thought about going anywhere else. Between the state of the art and diverse equipment/machinery that allows you to reach your personal goals regardless of lifting style (power lifter, bodybuilder, boxer, etc.), knowledgeable experienced and friendly staff, and the overall access to this gym it is hard to find a better place to enjoy a complete workout in a comfortable environment. Every few months brand new top quality machines are being incorporated to keep this gym as one of the best in the central Massachusetts region. As an experienced gym-goer I definitely recommend joining this gym.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, 24 hour access plus a friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of equipment available for use including a boxing room and group fitness classes. They offer a pay as you go membership which gives you the option to cancel at anytime so you don’t have to commit for a certain amount of time. They do a great job of keeping the gym clean during the pandemic and often update the gym with new or improved equipment. Great gym for anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have had the opportunity to work out at other gyms (when I travel) over the course of time. For nearly the past 20 years. I have been a member of Guaranteed Fitness. I see Guaranteed Fitness being second to none. The development of the facility over the past few years has been awesome. Free weights, machines and cardio equipment is brand new and state of the art. The facility is always clean and the staff is always professional and very knowledgeable. Further, during these times with Covid-19 the cleanliness has been a clear priority and the staff has been extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Guaranteed Fitness. Fantastic experience: It is an amazing gym very clean. I am a boxer, so it is great to have a boxing gym and a regular gym in the same building. Very easy access for me. Staff are always making sure they keep the place clean especially during this pandemic.

Fantastic experience: I specifically moved to the area to train at this gym. The equipment is updated regularly, staff is professional and knowledgeable, and the place is spotless. I’ve never had a single problem there in 5 years, and Problems have always seemed to follow throughout my life looking for the right gym. I’m not going anywhere and if you value your training and are close enough? You’d be foolish to go there too.

Fantastic experience: A little more pricey than the chain name Jim but well worth it for the extras they offer you. I love the boxing equipment in the boxing room. All kinds of different classes and trainers available and very welcoming and accommodating to new customers always willing to help. It's because of all these things that I will never join another gym.

The equipment is regularly updated, and the floors and locker rooms are spotless. The boxing side of the gym is no exception, even attracting some of Massachusetts' best pros.

Fantastic experience: I am out of town and needed a place to workout. They were very nice and professional. The daily workout price ($10) is fair and they offer a $25 a week price too. Great wifi and a lot of equipment with nautilus machines. You won't be disappointed. Go to their website and take the virtual tour. Highly recommended and I will return.

Fantastic experience: I was in town for a week or so and needed a place to work out and found this gym on the internet. A little unsure of what a small town gym my offer, I thought I might give it a try. Wow This is most equipped gym I’ve been to. Everything is new and clean. I’ve been to many Golds Gyms, high end gyms in Indy and this gym without question in the best The staff was friendly and reasonably priced. I would recommend it to any one including Arnold and the Hulk Chuck
