Fantastic experience: I joined this box in June 2015. The coaches have been friendly, encouraging, and supportive. I have seen a lot of personal improvement with my fitness abilities. When I need to scale the WOD, I never feel like this is a bad thing. The coaches always work to find an alternative if the prescribed movement doesn't work for you. The programming at the box is great and varied. I don't feel bored, or repetitive. I look forward to the 6am class and attend at least 4 times a week. Other athletes in the class are welcoming, friendly, and supportive as well. I would recommend CFHR.
