Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and members. The facility is clean. This gym/location has a lot of offer from work out classes, a mediation room, basketball court, racquetball court, lots of machines available for workouts, clean bathrooms, and towel service to name a few. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This location is fantastic to accomplish all your fitness and strength goals. Jonathan, the sales manager, can answer any questions you have very throughly and is also very considerate of your goals when helping delegate a plan to help you further your fitness journey. Fantastic experience: When I first signed up with Genesis at this location the gentleman who signed me ups name was Dalton and he seemed a little off like a sleazy sales person at first but I trusted it and I went with it some weeks later I got wind of him giving drugs controlled substances cocaine to be exact to a 14-year-old girl later on finding out that he was pushing steroids on to underage children as young as 15 that’s not the environment I wanted to work out in so I made some people aware somehow my membership had been canceled I’ve never canceled it come to find out Dalton had canceled my membership only to call me back in to try to re-sign me up that’s not how things work and that’s highly illegal. Thank goodness the sales manager Jonathan is a very well valued man and helped me he’s amazing

Fantastic experience: When the Warm Pool is warm (water and air) it is wonderful to be there. Lately the air has been COLD and the water temperature has varied daily.

I had a problem with my membership and they both helped fixed that staying calm and peaceful when I showed a little bit of anger! Love to see workers taking there jobs seriously!!

Fantastic experience: At this particular Genesis health club I find the club particularly friendly and especially one of the staff members there, Alaina Alvarez, who makes it worthwhile going there and makes me feel comfortable working out. Overall, the building is super friendly, has wonderful staff and great equipment that are all up-to-date. this is the place to go to work out!

Fantastic experience: Here in Kansas on business . Had some free time to visit this gym. From the second I walked the staff were extremely friendly., Steve introduced himself and showed me around. I was impressed with the gym’s layout, quality of equipment and the overall cleanliness. The outdoor pool was a nice surprise, I felt like I was at a resort. This by far has been the best gym I’ve bern to and would highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Overall ridge view genesis has a great work team. The staff and trainers like Jake and Landon are really helpful and it seems like I can go to them and other trainers with any thoughts or questions at any time. The cafe is welcoming aswell with a decent variety of food and shakes.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been looking for a new health club with a pool that could accommodate our needs (especially during the winter months ahead) and we were fortunate enough to meet Alaina at Genesis. She was awesome. Very helpful and understanding. The facility is great and we are kinda still looking but because of the attentiveness and kindness of this amazing young lady (Alaina), it looks like Genesis in Olathe will be our new gym. My wife and kids absolutely adored Alaina. She was definitely the deciding factor for our family.

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the staff at the Ridgeview location. Although some of the machines need some love the service is the reason I favor this location. Steve has been a tremendous help when directing me around the club and Lilly at the desk has always been so kind when greeting me and my daughters every time we come in and just going above and beyond. The club’s maintenance needs some work but with the recent renovations I am sure time will tell.

Fantastic experience: As a stay at home mom, trusting someone to watch my kids was very nerve wracking but the staff at the kids club here has been nothing short of phenomenal. They are kind, courteous, and I can’t put a price on knowing my kids are well cared for while I get my health back! Sydney, Lauren and Gavin are just a few that really stand out with their customer service but seriously everyone that works there has been great- I don’t remember her name but the woman that runs the cafe is so nice too and my kids love the food there. There is clearly good leadership under play here. This gym has neighborhood community type feel with a nice resort style pool and my favorite layout of any of the local Genesis’s. The facility is run down with no fault to the staff. Some money needs to be thrown into a renovation, your staff can only provide exceptional service for a non-exceptional facility for so long! This gym will still stand as my favorite and I recommend to anyone wanting a non-judgmental environment with good equipment!

Fantastic experience: I have been a to a lot of different gyms/health clubs and this one is by far my favorite. It has it all from great workout areas, an amazing cafe, and a super fun outdoor swimming area. There are so many classes that are offered that I cannot wait to sign up for. The staff was also very friendly and did a great job at helping me find my way around. A forever gym for sure!

Fantastic experience: I came in for a free trial and honestly loved it. If you need a tour of the place, look for Isabella. I loved her energy and she was very knowledgeable about all the amenities and equipment that’s available, which was honestly a lot more than I was expecting. If you’re in the market for a new gym, I’d recommend checking this place out at the very least.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly clean facility. Equipment is very well maintained and an open floor complex that leaves you plenty of room to workout. Staff was very helpful being my first time here, finished with a smoothie and snacks at the cafe. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love the Group X classes at Olathe Ridgeview, especially Barre and Cycle. The instructors make the work challenging yet fun. I also like the more casual vibe of the club. No need to be extra here - it's all about working out and being healthy. This makes it easier to attain my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I utilize both group fitness classes and personal training at this location. The classes are great and really push me to workout harder than I would on my own. Jacob F. is my trainer and he is top notch. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and a true professional. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Kara Friel as a "basic yoga" instructor. She encourages everyone to practice yoga at their own comfort level, while giving many options to poses. She knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, humorous at times, and a general joy to be around. I can not say enough great things about Kara's classes and her teaching methodologies. They are simply fantastic!

Positive experience: Been a member for 4 years now. The quality of this club has dropped significantly as Genesis has grown. The biggest source of frustration is the lack of attention to repairs needed and how long it takes to fix very important things that set this club apart. For example, it took two months earlier this year to repair one of the main basketball goals. Now, the Men's hot tub has had jets broken and no hot water for 3 weeks. Staff are nice when you alert them but you can tell they are frustrated too. It appears ownership is the root of the problem and this no longer treated like a premier club in my opinion. While it is normal for a club to have things break, you expect better and faster turnarounds due to the cost of monthly membership
