Fantastic experience: Seeing as I was only going to be in town for a few weeks, I tried out Crunch for a short-term membership. The staff here was incredibly helpful and friendly, from sign-up to cancellation. Out of all the commercial gyms I've visited, this one was one of the best. Facilities were clean, plenty of squat racks, and lots of room to work on what you needed without feeling any claustrophobia.

Fantastic experience: The gym is much better then last year. The staff is amazing and vary hard working there is not a day I come and don’t see them cleaning the gym up and keeping a healthy environment. shout out to the staff too Ethan, Chris, michael , Kyle they are actively looking for new ways to make the gym a better place. Fantastic experience: Moved out here back in July, and absolutely love this place! The layout is great! The employees are super nice and outgoing! If you ever have questions they are happy to help and give advice on workouts! This place smokes any other gym I’ve been to! Plus this facility is my favorite compared to the others around the area

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this gym for quite a while and I can't believe I've never made a review yet. I always feel super safe here and it is always very clean! I have never had a bad experience here. Lukasz is the manager and is always very friendly with all of the members and really works hard to keep this location clean and safe. The rest of the staff is always amazing as well!

Fantastic experience: These 2 happy Asian guys are all you need to see to know how goaded this gym is. Fun story: I thought this girl kept looking at me so I asked her out at the gym and got woefully rejected I attribute this L to the fact that the homie working to the front desk is just too good looking and sucks up adjacent swag from other guys at the gym

Fantastic experience: I signed up with Crunch out in Westland about 3 weeks ago and honestly, it's been my favorite gym experience so far. I was expecting it to be a lot smaller, but to my surprise it gives that big open gym feel, it's CLEAN, and the staff makes you feel welcomed. The new lady manager isn't hard to look at either... I've held memberships at Lifetime, Powerhouse, LA Fitness and my colleges D1 athletic training facility. However, for the amenities and most importantly the price, you cant beat it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Started back again a few weeks back from 2019/2020. Must say the front door vibe is more welcoming than I recall from prior. Lukasz is always smiling and eager to help. Andre is helpful, patient and persuasive. Happy I decided to come back.

Fantastic experience: Its been a couple years since I regularly visited this club and I have to say, things have changed for the better! The people behind the desk are nice, the gym itself smells and looks very clean. Equipment is plentiful and easy to access around the facility. I also really enjoy that they have 5 platforms + and iron rack if those 5 aren't available. I'll definitely be back more frequently for a change of scenery between gyms.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. Cheap, compared to other high profile gyms, has every machine imaginable. It is neat and clean, and well maintained. I fell this is better than power house gym (the gym I used ebfore this).

Let me start off by saying my hats off to the owners for opening even though our elected governor (no I didn't vote for her) has a personal vendetta against gyms because it doesn't fit her political narrative. The gym inside is great the social distancing was in effect and every other cardio machine unavailable. Very clean place

I am very comfortable at this gym and promote this gym to as many people as I can. Very affordable and has everything you could possibly need. It is always clean and staff is always so friendly and welcoming. No gym compares. I have been here for almost 3 years now!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area by miles!! Staff couldnt be any friendlier or knowledgeable. I've dropped about 25lbs of fat and replaced it with over 40 of muscle at 53 years young. Love this place!! My only complaint- I'm a service connected disabled vet & wasnt offered a discount at all. I was told that might change and hope it does before my prepaid year is up.I also figured out theres No benefit to prepaying your membership. Might as well hold on to your $$ and pay monthly. I didnt save a dime prepaying. This WILL NOT happen again. I drive past 2 planet fitness and lifetime to get here. If I'm not offered some sort of deal in 3 weeks when my membership is up, ( I also have sent many other paying customers up here to join) I plan on checking out the other places I pass on the way here to see how they value Vets

Fantastic experience: Crunch has everything that I look for when it comes to lifting weight and has great equipment for cardio work as well! The staff stays on top of keeping the gym clean. On top of that the staff is very respectful and nice towards everyone. I would recommend this gym for anyone that wants to get a good workout in.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for over a year, alot of different classes, great equipment. Everybody is always very pleasant and you can always get someone to help you if you have a question about whether you're doing an exercise correctly. The trainers are always stressing doing it the right way. Really enjoy working out here.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Cleanest gym in M.i. I would say. The staff is always smiling and in a good mood! My only issue is the benches are bolted down very close together. No room to do flys or even bench with dumbbells. Otherwise, I would go there everyday.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Crunch since it’s opened and it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to! The gym is extremely clean and the front desk staff is always helpful. Kara is so friendly and up beat in the mornings which makes it easy to wake up and get the day started! I work out every morning at 5am and the gym is always opened on time allowing me to get my workout in and get to work on time without skipping a beat. Love Crunch Fitness Westland!!!

Fantastic experience: The Crunch here in Westland is a great gym! It allows you to be versatile with your workouts with all of there equipment that is always up to par. You shouldn’t be going in doing the same thing every day as there is more than enough to workout with. The staff is amazing at keeping the place neat and clean. They’re also great people as they are inviting and kind people who you could even have a conversation with. The trainers are great and understanding and not a**holes like other trainers. They only want you to get better and will do what it takes to get you there. All in all, this is a great gym that I’ve been apart of for over a year and never had problems with!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been to with a well over reasonable price! The thing that’s would be a downfall that’s they’re not a 24 hour gym yet. Other then the the employees are great, large variety of equipment and its all new, the weight have a large for people who want to lift a little heavier, great membership feature. Top of the line gym. I recommend it all.

Fantastic experience: If I could pick one thing I like most about this gym, it would probably be the amazingly friendly and outgoing staff. I have not had anything but great experiences with each and every one of them, and it's clear how much effort they put in keeping the gym clean. On top of that, Crunch is all around a spacious and well-maintained gym, with a great atmosphere, that I would recommend to anybody looking for either a casual or a hardcore gym experience.

Fantastic experience: First time being here and man it was a boat load of equipment, which is a good thing. Definitely a 5 star gym. They have really well maintained locker rooms which include a Sauna. The bathrooms are also super clean as well as the around it. Machines are high end and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and always willing to help when needed. The gym is full of motivational people to help you out and keep you going. Didn’t feel like a “gym” environment at all which made it more willing to go to. Overall a well kept gym with a super friendly and helpful staff. Take a look at some pictures

Fantastic experience: My favorite Crunch Fitness to go to. Brand new equipment and for the most part not to busy. Some days gets a little crowded by the free weights but not to often. Very large gym with alot of machines to choose from. Has two group classrooms and has turf in the back of the gym to run on or do tire flips. Very large cardio section and has multiple squat racks. The staff also keeps the gym very clean and brings a very happy atmosphere to the gym. Everybody seems like they enjoy working there. If it wasn't so far away I would go multiple times a day!!

Fantastic experience: Just joined. My first impression is very positive. It looks super clean. It’s big with lots of equipment. I’m going to love using the sauna. The guy who enrolled me was super nice, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to get my orientation on Tuesday. I mainly joined because Crunch has a good variety of group classes. Can’t wait to get started!

Fantastic experience: I'm honestly obsessed with this gym. There is so much equipment, I haven't been able to not do a workout routine because of lack of equipment. I do a lot of plyo workouts, and I really appreciate everything Crunch has to satisfy those routines for me! And the staff is all SUPER friendly and FIT themselves. It's inspiring to see that Crunch is practicing what they preach by having a full staff that are living healthy lifestyles themselves. 5 out of 5, I recommend to all my fitness friends and fellow gym rats!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here ever since the place open and I love the gym. It's very clean and one of the best gyms I have ever been to. However, I haven't started using my membership because I am shy about working out when I know I shouldn't. It's hard being super overweight when you're afraid of getting stares because you're the "BIG GIRL" at the gym. Hopefully I will begin to utilize gym membership soon. Maybe I could speak to someone about making me feel more comfortable and not being so nervous.

Fantastic experience: WOW! Simply stated...WOW! Great facility and great equipment, plus friendly and knowledgeable staff. (Who knew that Fish Oil - or eating more cold water fish could help with my knee troubles? Michael did, and now I do too) At some point, a treadmill is a treadmill, so the staff and the class offerings is what brought me to WOW! As I mentioned, I have knee problems and have been struggling to find some type of aerobic activity that I could to do, other than an elliptical or stationary bike. I have tried other classes, but was always a bit self-conscious when I had to (in full view of everyone) modify my exercise. Well, the group room at Crunch is HUGE, so there was plenty of room for me to "hide in the back". That didn't last too long, as I quickly noticed that there were a lot of people, of all shapes and sizes, modifying their exercises as well. so now I don't even give a thought to where I plunk myself down. Last, they have the absolute best sound systems I have ever seen in a fitness center. I know that doesn't really have anything to do with the functionality of a gym, but it sure makes it more fun! Diversity, Knowledge, Encouragement, and Entertaining. Again, I can sum the whole Crunch experience in one word... WOW!

Fantastic experience: I joined two days after they opened this month. It's been a wonderful decision. The gym is very well taken care of. The other patrons are very respectable. The price is on point. The best part is that the gym is not over crowded, and the longest I've had to wait to use a power rack was 10ish minutes. One time. A much better choice of gym compared to others in the area. PF is overcrowded, and just generally kind of lame. LF is overcrowded and far too expensive. Crunch is exactly what a person interested in fitness at any level needs. A++++ will praise Brodin here again.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! All the staff at crunch in Westland are great, especially Brenden Chan. He's always trying to help every customer and make them feel very welcomed. (Give him a raise) but also the energy is always at 100 and it makes me workout better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience at crunch gym. I was amazed at the equipment in the gym. The staff was exceptional and bent over backwards to make sure everything went well on my first initial visit. They have a really great class selection and the weights are phenomenal. If you haven’t been you should go you really enjoy the experience.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I've worked out here in the past in California, and this is exactly what I expected to see here. Bumper weights, free weights-heavy dumbbells to 120 so i can lift. Squat racks, field turfs and bags! So much stuff for a great price
