Fantastic experience: There are many super experienced and knowledgeable trainers here who take their job seriously, which definitely adds to the energy of the gym. They put their members and staff first always and are always willing drop everything and help at the drop of the hat.

Fantastic experience: This gym and the community here is great! Whether you’re in a one on one session with a trainer or in a group fitness class, everyone is extremely welcoming.

Fantastic experience: The staff and clientele are pretty nice I don't get yelled at for dead lifting 400+ most people wipe down the stations. And return their weights a pretty relaxed place to workout.

Positive experience: Good facilities, its a gym rat kind of gym. The big guys, and people serious about changing their lives. Not your typical snap or lifetime by any means.. Could use a deep clean, but members are pretty good about wiping down after use.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever personal trainer Conner knows exactly how far to push especially when you feel like you can do more but since having knee surgery need to take it a little slow and build up to where you were before surgery.

Fantastic experience: This gym has all brand new top shelf equipment and a unique TRX/Punching bag area. I would highly recommend stopping in and see for yourself.
