Fantastic experience: I've been working with Ken for about a month now and am already seeing results with my flexibility and overall conditioning. I have issues with one of my knees and Ken has been really great at finding exercises that work for me. I feel like he really puts in an effort to tailor my program to fit my individual needs and challenge me rather than a one size fit all approach. I find the workouts are fun and just fly by.
