Fantastic experience: I am so glad I joined this gym! It's a great place to work out and the people and coaches are amazing. For all fitness levels! I personally have been plagued with some injuries and the coaches have been so nice and accommodating to help me figure out what I can still do without injuring myself more, but still be active! I can't say enough about this place! Highly recommend you check them out!

Fantastic experience: I went looking for a good gym where I could get some decent coaching, but I found so much more. Every time I walk through the door, I am overwhelmed with encouragement and positivity. The coaching staff genuinely care about how you’re feeling and work hard to make sure every skill level feels comfortable and every injury or limitation is accounted for. I love that instead of hearing a lot of people say “Oh I can’t do that because of this” or “That's too hard for me, I can’t do it” you hear a lot of, “That’s challenging, but let me try it” and “I can’t do that yet, but I’m working on it”. Going to classes is usually my favorite part of the day.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic place. The coaches are great, even with beginners. The space is an old church which is pretty cool. All kinds of people train here so there's no intimidation factor which is also a big plus.
