Fantastic experience: Amazing coaches, training, and environment I was introduced to this gym by a friend when I was practically brand new to Jiu jitsu and looking to start a new journey. And all I can say is WOW! I came for the exercise and learning experience, but stayed because of the coaches and other students. I never felt more at home than I do at that gym. Not only is the training top of the line, but the people are too. The coaches and other students have been nothing but supportive. This may be an individual sport, but I have never felt more part of a team than I do now at this gym. The coaches have been to every single one of my tournaments, even the out of state ones. We travel together as a team, and win together as a team. So whether you are just looking to get / stay in shape or looking for high intensity training to prepare you for competition, look no further. This gym offers Jiu jitsu and strength and conditioning, and I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life. The gym offers a great kids program, womens class, fundamentals class, competition class, adult class, and strength and conditioning with a weight room. So whatever you’re looking for, they have it here.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about Jaysen and the coaches! They're all unique with their talents but great with their attention to detail and spend a good amount of time on a technique to make sure you understand. It's a very welcoming place with zero ego. If you're looking for a great place in the area to start or even continue training this is a great place. So do yourself a favor and check it out.

Fantastic experience: My 5yrs son loves Jaysen Baxter jiujitsu.The coaches are so amazing and patient. They really treat him like family. Coach jaysen is so good with the kids. The best Brazilian jujitsu in OC hands down. My daughter also joined the team. They have the best kids team in OC/Fullerton. They give free classes for a week. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Respect, structure, discipline, loyalty, support and dependability. My 4 year old son has been coming here for almost one year. BTT is a open arms family environment. Being a single mom I came here in tears begging for help with my sons behavior. Thank you to this incredible establishment and family , they have taught my son and I not only skills in BJJ but life skills. This jiu jitsu location as well as Long Beach are changing kids lives and many adults for the better. It’s a very clean facility, the have a weight room and plenty of parking. They are priced so fairly, they offer a schedule with many different times. I am forever grateful for the BTT family and everything you continue to teach us.

I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. everytime I want to go to a decent supper, this place comes right away to my head. best and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.great staff members, and great spirit. Also important, the tariff is affordable. I recommend this spot with no hesitation.

Fantastic experience: During my BJJ school search for my family and me, I spoke with, met, and attended many locations. Some were nice, others were not, and none were a fit for me or my family. Last year, I was fortunate to have found Professor Baxter, Coach Senior, JP, Junior and the other amazing students at BTT Fullerton. After just one class, I knew I found a school for my family and we joined immediately. I could not truly express in words how grateful I am for all that our new BJJ family has taught us. We all look forward to many more years of learning and friendship.

Fantastic experience: Started training here in March 2018, as a big guy 300 lb+ everyone was friendly and accommodating. Classes were not as scary as I originally thought Professor Baxter is clear with what he teaches and will always answer any questions you have. The gym has a very family oriented feel to it so I never felt like an outcast. Would recommend this bjj gym to anyone local enough to go.

Fantastic experience: I've been training here for about 4 months now and so far my experience has been completely positive. The other members are friendly, the instructors are very technical and detail oriented, the gym is clean, and there are classes taught at different times throughout the week so I can train whenever it fits my schedule.

Fantastic experience: Although this isn’t my home academy, I am always welcomed here as if it were. I occasionally train at BTT Fullerton during their “open mat” and everyone is extremely nice and respectful. Professor Baxter is always open to share his philosophies of BJJ with you as if you are his own student. The level of detail that he shows in every technique exceeds expectations. If you’re looking for a clean and high level academy, BTT Fullerton is a no brainer.

Fantastic experience: I have known the instructors at BTT Fullerton for many years. They have outstanding instructors who come from a highly respected lineage. All of their instructors have been in competitions and won many major competitions. Their new facility has amazing mat space, clean, and very accessiable.

Stepping into this academy isn’t just a place to train, it’s a place to feel comfortable and enjoy coming to corroborate and have fun with one another. This gym is excellent, coach Baxter and Jr. are super supportive of learning technique and super supportive of competing. I’ve known both these coaches for about 8 years now and watched them grow from belt to belt just as they have for me. This gym is not just a business, coach Baxter and Jr. don’t care anything about money they care about each and every one of their students, this academy is a family and I’m proud to call this my second home. Fantastic experience: Having been involved in martial arts for many years, I can tell you that Brazilian Top Team Fullerton is a great place to train. The TEAM atmosphere, the family vibe, and a clean facility, along with top notch instruction makes this gym rock solid from top to bottom. As far as the coaching goes, both Coach Jayson and Coach Douglas are competition tested champions and they are willing to share their knowledge with all students and all ages! They want their students to succeed and be better than they are....that is what coaching is all about. This crew cares!!! Do yourself a favor, get off the couch, and go check this place out!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to bttf for a little less then a year now and at first was very hesitant to try it since I never done it before, but my first class was amazibg professor Baxter, coach jr , and coach ray are the best coaches a student can ask for they are very patient, they take there time in training you and work really hard with each and every student and have a passion for the sport like you wouldn’t believe. They are all very knowledgeable and they also compete on a regular basis and come out victorious. And my teammates are the best we are there for each other and enjoy helping each other out. There is no macho egos at all and we all get a long. So if your looking to compete, lose weight, try something new then bttf is the perfect fit for you.

Fantastic experience: After researching several academies in the area I decided Brazilian Top Team would be the best fit for myself and my daughter. I knew almost the instant I walked in I had found the right spot. Both professor Baxter and Martinez were very sincere and welcoming. However, what stood out most to me was the level of jiu-jitsu at this academy. After a little research I found out that professor Baxter is an accomplished competitor who earned a silver medal at the 2017 Pan Ams and is also a top ranked IBJJF black belt. Coach Baxter and Mugica have fostered an environment where students encourage each other to grow, in both jiu jitsu and personal growth, and to strive to be a better person each time you leave the mat. There is a family and team atmosphere that makes this school more desiravle than other schools. The coaches are patient and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I started attending BTT Fullerton the last week of September, I decided to try them out to do something for exercise. Both professors Jaysen and Douglas are both great. They care about Jiu jitsu and have that teaching heart. They were very patient from the start and now. I am currently down 40 pounds and look forward to heading to BTT Fullerton and training. I highly recommend BTT Fullerton. My two nephews that attend also and they love it!

The Fullerton location is brand new and Jaysen has already created an awesome kids program and a tough group of adults. His technique is extremely detailed and he is passionate about your progress. If you're looking to lose weight, learn self-defense or become an elite competitor, Jaysen is with you every step of the way to guide and support you. His academy makes you feel welcomed and comfortable, come try a class with us!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to BTT for about a month now and have loved it. I tried a few other gyms before sticking with BTT. The level of detail Professor Baxter provides for each technique is unmatched. I've been to classes where the instructor would simply say something will or will not work but provide no explanation. Prof. Baxter will let you experiment and see why the technique works and answer all questions. The classes are an awesome workout. By the end you will be very tired but they are a lot of fun. I read the two negative reviews that were left and I can assure you that there must have been a really good reason for Prof. Baxter to suggest another gym for that individual. He has never come off as an irrational person and I'm sure he was trying to maintain the gym's culture. From the moment I stepped into the gym everyone was very welcoming and helpful. If I had one suggestion it would be hat he offered one more no-gi class on either Saturday or Sunday. If you are thinking about start jiu jitsu look no further and give BTT a try. You get a free week so if it's not the place for you then no big deal. I promise you'll have fun, be humbled, and learn an awesome sport from a high quality practitioner.

Fantastic experience: Having trained BJJ for well over decade I can say you won’t find better experience than from BTT Fullerton. Fantastic technique and all around great people! BTT Fullerton is an especially ideal place for kids to learn as well. Parents you won’t regret the level of coaching and family friendly atmosphere provided.

Fantastic experience: I nothing but good things to say about this gym. Professor Baxter is a way we got a phenomenal competitor and instructor. He is a patient and caring instructor. Although I’m from a different gym, they welcomed with open arms on Friday nights. I highly recommend this gym to anyone from beginners to high level competitors. Keep up the good work sir :)
