Fantastic experience: Great Staff and workouts. Energetic environment

Fantastic experience: I grew up active and have tried to keep up at the gym off/on, but had a really hard time losing weight or seeing progress despite several months at the gym doing my own inspired workouts. I knew I needed structure and to be pushed. I did one day of a free trial and signed up immediately. I love the station-style setup and variety, the coaches who motivate and push you, the upbeat music, the workout demos on the TVs at all times, and that the class ends 45 minutes on the dot. Love there are so many class time options as well. It’s expensive, but after 6 weeks and already seeing amazing results in tone, strength, endurance, and clothing size, it’s so worth it for me.

Fantastic experience: This is the best 45 minute workout! The trainers are motivating and I always leave feeling like I left my best on the floor. Thankful that they have helped me get back into shape!

Fantastic experience: There is more than enough variety of machines and racks while still having enough room for free weights.

Positive experience: I really enjoyed the facility. My credit card is misused. Please check your credit card billing..so unfortunate nobody responds or look into it . Now I have to work with bank to raise dispute. Still give rating because the training staff are real good. But the management doesn’t seems to be.

Fantastic experience: Fun and challenging workouts. The setup of the room, movements, and time frames constantly change. The facility is very clean, like new every time I walk in. The schedule works well for my schedule with a 5am and 615pm every weekday to get it in before or after work as well as two classes each weekend day. The coaches are charismatic and encouraging. I enjoy going back each day even at 5am ☺️
