Fantastic experience: Been going for almost three years maybe more and I’ve never been better at wrestling the summer after I started going to Icon was the first time people commented on how much muscle I’d put on. Chad is a friendly and approachable guy who knows exactly what he’s doing and how to answer your questions anyone looking to get in shape should give this gym a serious look.

Fantastic experience: Functional training, rehabilitation, sports training for kids & pros, weight training for beginners, elite level & professional athletes... I have trained for over 30yrs all across America, for collegiate sports and for personal fitness, and I can tell you there's no better gym in Frisco.

Fantastic experience: My first 8 weeks training with Chad have been eye opening and I already feel a transformation I have never experienced. I have been training on and off for the past 15 years competing in powerlifting, crossfit, and Olympic weightlifting. Over the years I have had the privilege to train and take courses with national and world level athletes and coaches. For 5 years I was a full time Personal Trainer and Strength Coach. At the time I was training Olympic weightlifting 2-3 hrs a day 4-6 days a week. I was never a high level athlete but I wanted to reach the highest level I could as a Weightlifter. I had a great coach, a great gym to go to, and a great weightlifting program to follow. I was the strongest I have ever been in my life. Once I hit 30 I began too have shoulder problems along with other minor issues with my low back. At the same time I started a new career in real estate and shortly after that I became a farther. Training became harder and I could not manage my time well enough to continue. 2 years later my family and I moved to Frisco from South Fort Worth for my wife's business. At this point I was sedentary and weak compared to myself 2 years ago. My daughter was almost 2 and running around all over the place. I knew I needed to change my habits and lifestyle before I got any worse. I finally found Icon Gym and met Chad. So far his program is building a strong injury free foundation that I was always missing in my training. I have developed noticeable symmetry in my balance and strength in only 8 weeks. I am finally beginning to feel athletic again! I am excited to see how I continue develop once I am ready to advance. I completely trust Chads program and I don't think I will ever go back to the way I used to train. Josh Santiago

Fantastic experience: I've been working with David on and off for the past few years. I'm a tall slim guy and have trouble putting on lean mass. He has an amazing knowledge base and knows how to use techniques to make my body respond to my goals based on the workouts and nutrition plan he lays out. In 4 weeks I went down 6% of body fat while maintaining my weight and gaining 3lbs of lean body mass and I'm already a slim guy. He definitely isn't a cookie cutter trainer like we all see at every gym doing the same thing with you as the 85 year old lady. Also he never pushes products for some $ kick back. Anytime I need a change up in my routine I always hit David up!

Fantastic experience: Chad is great, hands on trainer...very knowledgeable and can help you with strength, flexibility and balance for any sport. Baseball is my game, but Chad works with my athletes.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Chad at ICON for over a year now and I am extremely pleased with my results. I have spent the last five years working with multiple trainers, but working with Chad has by far been the best experience. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about everything related to fitness and health and I cannot say that about every trainer I have worked with in the past. My schedule is constantly changing due to travel for work, but Chad always makes an effort to get me into the gym when I am home. He is a great communicator and very reliable, which is so appreciated with a hectic schedule! I highly recommend that anyone looking to better their health, no matter their fitness goals, consider joining ICON. Simply put, training with Chad has improved my quality of life and I am very thankful to have found him.
