Fantastic experience: The atmosphere and people are very personable. The first time we went we worked with Shawn a little asked questions and told him we would sleep on it. Went back the next day and worked with Malik who taught us a lot about each piece we were interested in.. he was funny and knowledgeable and engaging. They matched all internet prices and they gave us best advise about the equipment .They have a great prices and superior quality of the equipment, They really treated us throughout the entire process very friendly, in fact the owner Craig explained why we have to buy from them , how they stood for their customers. They are so detailed how the process and delivery on their promise. We recommend anyone in the market for fitness equipment to spend at least visit before you buy somewhere else. Try before you buy anywhere else. They are local also have 10 stores in DFW. I recommend anyone shopping any fitness equipment visit first this place, you will not be disappointed. Fantastic experience: I have to give 5 stars to the service team. In particular, Eric Burnworth is just amazing. Eric has this crazy good personal follow up and a "we will get it done" attitude. You just know you are in great hands when working with him. His techs are great too. Everyone knows their stuff and super friendly. Fantastic experience: I recently purchased a new Matrix TF30 folding treadmill from Busy Body in Lewisville and Charlie and his guys with Fitness Headquarters did the delivery and setup. The guys that did the install were very professional and and cleaned up everything before they left the house. Charlie communicated with us every step of the way and has provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be using him for all of our future fitness equipment needs. They have 0% financing options to accommodate your needs and tax refund deals. On top of that, they will do online price matching because they are the biggest exercise equipment dealers in Texas. Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Fitness headquarters at the Frisco location; more specifically, with the assistant manager Justin. He went out of his way to ensure all my fitness needs were met and taken care of. Despite most of the items being back ordered, he did everything in his power to expedite the process. He even took it upon himself to personally deliver my items as they became available. The customers best interests is the main factor that Justin takes into consideration as he shows extreme compassion for the work that he does. I could not be happier with my decision to put my trust and business in his hands, as I am very satisfied with the customer service.

From Smith machines to barbells - they have all you need! They also have many items on the floor so you can try the equipment before purchasing. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a fabulous experience with Justin purchasing kettle bells and other fitness equipment. He was so helpful and kind very respectful and had multiple suggestions as I was trying to figure out the things I needed to purchase. As a result I purchased way more than I thought but I’m incredibly happy for the things that were actually a personal need. Fantastic experience: Shawn is truly one of the greatest examples of genuine customer service you could ask for. Even running the store on New Years Eve he had a line of people that were patient as my wife, our preemie baby girl and myself picked out a treadmill and made us feel like we were the only ones there! Fantastic experience: Had the best experience at Fitness HQ. Called Charlie to see about having an elliptical we purchased online a couple of years ago repaired but ended up getting an amazing deal on a brand new elliptical that will last a very, very long time. Charlie answered all of my questions in detail and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The customer service was just fantastic - definitely go see Charlie and don't waste your money purchasing a sub-par brand online.

The manager, Charlie Hudspeth, spent plenty of time with us, demonstrating different Power Plate machines and let us try them ourselves. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We ultimately purchased a device from him. He also honored their price-matching guarantee, and helped us with great interest-free financing. We had a really good experience, and would definitely recommend Fitness HQ and Charlie to others looking at fitness equipment.

Fantastic experience: This was a very pleasant home gym equipment shopping experience. Charlie was incredibly helpful with our long stretched delivery order with our purchase. He was nice enough to hold our deposit for about 5 months until we could find time to stop by to pick up our equipment finally. Fantastic experience: Very professional and very knowledgeable of both their products and their competition. I showed up looking for an affordable yet reliable treadmill. The owner, Craig Lewis, spent over 30 minutes asking me questions to ensure that I was matched to the best treadmill for me. And it wasn’t one of the more expensive units; more in the middle, but again with features that were best for me. Then, the store manager, Charlie, spent even more time, ensuring that a treadmill was the right choice for me (a 60-plus year old man with over 20 previous knee surgeries). We ended up settling on a discontinued commercial elliptical machine that would be much less impact on my knees. By choosing a discontinued commercial unit, I received an extremely high quality machine for a price that was almost 50% off (even less than the original treadmill I was interested in). Even with the model I bought, I received a 5-year warranty with a store that 100% stands behind their products. Together both Craig and Charlie were most interested that I was able to walk out with the best piece of equipment for me; not the one that made them the most money. To top it off, I was promised delivery and set up in 7-10 days, but had my unit delivered and set up in 4 days.

Fantastic experience: Working with Charlie was a great experience. No hassle, no hard sell, and a wealth of helpful information. He was there to make sure we got what we needed in the most effective manner available. When I first went to the store it was closed with a note on the door that went something like this, “be right back, went to help customer get their treadmill upstairs.” I loved the customer focus he was showing to others and after I met him I realized he would do the same for me or anyone else.
