Fantastic experience: Great Gym Great Coaches and very supportive members. I started there as a response to a a six week challenge Beastmode posted on facebook. I had recently lost apprx 50 lbs from diet alone but was still pretty soft sitting at 19.7 percent body fat. After 6 weeks following the nutrition plan and working out no less than 3 times a week i dropped an additional 20lbs and my body fat percentage is now a 8.7 %. This would not have been possible with out the knowledge and motivation not only from the coaches but the clientele as well.

Positive experience: THIS IS A SCAM. They want $600 for this "free" challenge. I recommend going somewhere else, get a real membership, and you'll receive everything that this place is offering. Its legit a ripoff. Don't let them convince you otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Great 6 wk challenge experience! It's such a great place for beginners who are intimidated by CrossFit. Great coaches are there every class to make sure we learn the exercises correctly, to prevent injury. The key to success is the diet plan they give you so that I know exactly what I need to lose weight... food type & portions. I'm ready for more

Fantastic experience: If you're looking to get into shape or you're stuck in a rut and feel like going to a normal gym isn't cutting it, I suggest giving this gym a try. Staff is overly helpful with getting your goals met. The people range from newbies-professional lifters, no area to judge and probably some of the most motivating bunch I've worked out. See quick results , feels great and definitely deserves 5 stars
